+ - Smooth check-in & check-our experience, carried out with instructions given from a distance - Very clean and relatively quiet - There's a kitchen corner - Very close to the most interesting side of Zadar

- - The bed felt kind of small - There's an electric burner, but I couldn't find a pan - The room I was given is on the ground floor, which isn't my preference when given a choice - In winter, the entrance door seems not to keep the cold outside properly

+ Although clear instructions were provided for collecting the keys from a lock box, my friendly, helpful hosts were on site and showed me to my apartment. The apartment was centrally located in old town, near waterfront and attractions with many options for eating out nearby. Although in a busy area the apartment had great security, sound proofing and air con.

+ Ottima disponibilità dell'host a fornire informazioni di accesso e anche a rispondere a domande di vario tipo sulla città e i parcheggi, e pulizia dei locali ottima

- Avere tre porte (due interne + cancello) da chiudere a chiave. Un po' scomodo se si esce e rientra più volte in un giorno

+ I used the accommodation for one night, located in the center of Zadar. Everything prepared, cozy and clean. I checked-in myself. Communication with the hostess was smooth! Public bus stop nearby, morning bus to the airport costs 5€

- Near busy streets

+ It was perfect. In the center of the old town, next to restaurants. The room was amazing, comfortable, big bed, good pillows. The host was kind, help us with transfer.

+ Small but, because of its practical furnishing, still spacious apartment, very good bathroom and the bath itself, comfortable bed and linens, spotlessly clean. Near everywhere of interest. Host Snjezana is helpful and understanding. We'd gladly be back!

- Only caveat would be for people with heavy luggage or mobility problems: the slim staircase. But outside that, a great choice.

+ The apartment was very well stocked with everything that you would need, the host check in to see if everything was OK

+ The host responded all our inquiries very quickly. The location is very good, steps away from the waterfront and sea organ. The apartment is small but has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
