+ I booked twin bed suet but they provide a bed and a caution, every thing is old and damaged and not clean especially the carpet. no any service, no any facility. I left the property, I did not sleep, I lost the booking money. VERY BAD experience.

- המקום עם ריח של עובש. הצוות לא אמין בכלל, משחקים אותה נחמדים . לאחר שיצאתי מהחדר בכדי לפרוט כסף כדי לשלם למקום, מנהל המקום נכנס לחדר שלי, פתח את הכספת וגנב לי מהארנק שבתוך הכספת- 400 € וגם 400$ . כשפניתי אליו ואמרתי לו שחסר לי כסף בארנק, הוא התחיל להתנהג בצורה גועלית מאוד ושביקשתי לפתוח מצלמות, טען שהאינטרנט עושה בעיות וקשה לראות מצלמות . שעמדתי על כך שאני רוצה לראות מצלמות הוא פתח שאראה. וראיתי אותו נכנס לחדר 10 דקות לאחר שיצאתי מהמקום , ששאלתי אותו למה הוא נכנס לחדר, הוא טען שהייתה מנורה שרופה והוא ניסה להחליף אותה ולא הצליח .הוא נכנס פעמיים לחדר ולא היה בידיים שלו שום כלי או מנורה. הגענו למצב ויכוחי מאוד . לא ממליץ על המקום בכלל ,לא אמינים . הם פותחים את הכספת עם מפתח שנמצא אצלהם .זהירות נוכלים וגנבים . עקב המקרה הזה, עזבתי את המלון והלכתי למלון אחר.

It was insanely hot—I honestly felt like I was going to die. The AC wasn’t working at all, and it was so unbearably hot that we ended up fighting over the fan in the middle of the night. To make things worse, the complimentary drink that was supposed to be included wasn’t offered. I’m honestly shocked that Hostelworld even recommends this place. I’ve stayed at over 10 hostels so far, and this was by far the worst experience.

Friendly staff. Good location and nice and cleanly rooms. I was pleasently suprised. For the price it is quite good all in all. Kitchen was also quite bi aswell.

Nettes Hostel in ruhiger, guter Lage. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung. Leider war das WLAN schlecht und instabil.

+ Çok güler yüzlü genç bir beyefendi vardı çok yardımcı oldu sabah karşı otele varışımızdı gitmeden bize ulaştı ve uçak saatimizi teyit etti sabaha karşı otel kapısını açtı ve güler yüzlü bir şekilde karşıladı. Otelin konumu çok güzeldi bir çok yere 25 dakikalık mesafelerle yürüdük özgürlük meydanına çok yakındı ve kvarts coffenin hemen yanında bulunuyor otel.
- Kaldığımız süre boyunca temizlenmedi oda biz istedik o noktada biraz daha özen gösterilse daha iyi olabilir.

+ The hotel was very central and easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff were very friendly and accomidated our requests happily. The charm of the building and internal decor were lovely.
