Just stayed one night in a private room with a friend. We found a bedbug and told the receptionist and we got to switch room. So that was good. Not a topical hostel, the vibe isn’t just there

Bed bugs and the hostel did nothing about it. The girl in the bunk above me told me in the morning I was checking out that she had found bedbugs and told the hostel. She had spent all night doing her own laundry. I then asked the hostel staff and they just said yeah it happens, we have lots of travelers. As soon as they were aware they should have notified everyone in that room, found alternative beds, provided laundry facilities and thoroughly cleaned the room. Instead they did nothing.

Not the best stay. Didn’t get good sleep because AC was off even though it was supposedly on. Also, there were bedbugs in my bed.

CRAWLING with bedbugs at the moment. Saw MANY bedbugs in my bed, but, fully understanding that these things happen in hostels, I wasn’t going to write a bad review or anything UNTIL they moved me to a new room on a new floor and within 10 minutes i found ANOTHER bedbug (I have video evidence). Before staying here ask them what specific actions they have taken to address this literal infestation lol.

This hostel is more like a hotel but cheaper. I had bed bugs in my bunk, and the staff dream cleaned my room and my stuff that was out, and offered me a free breakfast and to change room. I decided I didn’t want to stay after having bed bugs, so the hostel refunded me the 2 nights I didn’t use. Not good to have bed bugs but they dealt with it quickly and professionally. Not much atmosphere though if you want to meet other people.

The interesting facilities and energetic entertainment was completely overshadowed by the rudeness of staff and management. My friend’s bed was covered in bed bugs and asked to change rooms which we were told “no”. We asked for our money back so we could find somewhere else which we were told “no”. We had to fight for new sheets and were only given one bed sheet. When asking for our money back, the management refused because we decided to stay, her knowing we had no other option. Disgusted.

Found bedbugs as soon as I arrived and the staff changed me to a different room without telling the other guests.

Stay AWAY. GROSS. BED BUGS. This was the worst stay I have ever had at a hostel. I now have bed bug bites ALL over my body. I requested a linen change 3X over the course of 2 days and NEVER got one. I also requested a new towel and never received one!! I would like a refund for this stay ASAP.

the hostels aesthetics are really cool, the bathrooms are clean but my bed had bedbugs. The bites started to show after a few days. I haven't had to deal with bed bugs since staying in a 3 dollar hostel in Thailand. so I highly suggest that anyone staying here gets their phone light out and checks for bedbugs in their beds to avoid this issue. Because of the bed bugs I would recommend staying here but really really check your bed and bedding.

The hostel is very well located and very pleasant with a shared kitchen and washing machine, a room of 4 where we each had our own space with a private bathroom. Nevertheless we needed to change rooms at 3am as there were bed bugs. When we told the staff, nobody seemed surprised. We asked for compensation, the answer was: you get your money back if you leave. It was 3am... We finally got breakfast, at least. A mixed weekend then.
