Not good.

Uncooperative

Has to be one of the worst hostels I’ve ever laid eyes on and I’ve seen more then most. Actively saw bugs crawling over bed sheets. Mould stains adorned the walls. Ended up trying to cancel but no money was refunded. Don’t waste the energy, there’s better places to stay.

The AC and fans did not work all night long, tons of mosquitoes too.

Policies needs to more clear

No hospitality man ... they just don't care about you ... wont even inform us about the food not available on the day ... bad experience man .. and they have thier own policy don't fall for it ...

The property was unhygienic, with cockroaches spotted in the rooms. There was no power backup, leading to outages lasting over 6–7 hours. Water supply was also affected during these outages. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The staff was friendly,humble and good to interact with, but felt like the facilities could be better, only a single washroom in a dorm of 8 people, and not allowing outside liquor were the source of inconvenience, had stayed at many different hostels in Goa, this was the first time I saw that they had their own bar, and didn't allow outside liquor.

The staff were great communicative and very helpful and friendly. Hritvik in particular was very helpfula d Arthur made me a great coffee. They helped me with numerous taxi bookings and taking luggage to and from room. It's a shame that I booked a hostel to meet people and there were very few others there when I stayed in peak season. I ended up leaving earlier than anticipated as a result.

Was meant to stay for 4 nights and ended up staying for a week - this was my first stop in India and I am so so happy I chose this hostel. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day, the beds are comfy, the food is UNREAL and everyone is friendly:). I had a super chilled out stay but the hostel was only a 30 min taxi if you also fancy a drink/party. Thank you Savio, Mishi, Amen and Adi for making my stay so special ❤️🥰

Absolut amazing stay at HOM. Staff were super friendly and the place was immaculate. Total chilled vibe being only 200m from the beach. I visited during the ‘off’ season so can’t comment on socials, but it was a cab ride away from serious nightlife in Baga

overall was a great experience. i would say hands down the best hostel in North Goa, especially if you are looking for good facilities and a quieter vibe

Adi and the rest of the team were so welcoming, they really made you feel a part of the family. I had an amazing stay there, and am already looking to book again for the end of my trip.

Brilliant hostel in Candolim! The staff are super friendly and helpful and always around. The hostel has a real family / home away from home vibe. I could have stayed a lot longer and was sad to leave! It’s a 2 min walk to the beach and about 5 mins walk to the main road with lots of restaurants. Plus a short drive to all the bars and other spots in north Goa. Highly recommend

HOM was a great place to stay in Candolim Goa, Aditya ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. Loved the ice bath and boat trip that was arranged for us, as well as the daily yoga in the mornings with Honesty! The bar was great, and there were excellent breakfast & lunches. Would’ve liked to have locks on the dorm doors, but I still felt secure with the locked gates & 24hr staff. Special shoutouts to Bud, Pepper & Cookie for being the cutest hostel pets

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this Hostel truly deserves one. I’ve been coming here since 2021, and every single visit somehow manages to feel even more special than the last, which is rare. Most amazing people working at this hostel, I arrived sick and they took such good care of me. They grow lots of different spices and fruits on the property, I had a mango straight from the tree! Cool chill out spot at hostel and really close to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff are so so so nice and helpful and really try their best to make your stay the most comfortable it could be. Went on two boat trips here and saw humpback dolphins which was super cool. There is yoga every morning and ice baths which is such a nice way to start the day. 3 min walk from a really nice clean beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants. The bar in the hostel is also great and has really nice coffee.

Honestly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, me and friend left then ended up coming back cause we loved it so much 😂 The hosts are what make it such a good experience- they are so lovely, welcoming and helpful. We did a couple of sunset/fishing trips which were amazing. The hostel is super clean, and beds really comfy. Location wise it is next to the beach. I would definitely return in the future.

Everyone told me not to stay in Goa for more than 2 days. After staying at House of Memories, I 100% regret not booking more nights. The activities alone make it worth it, if you show up with nothing planned (guilty), there’s always something ready to do. But honestly what makes this place is the staff. Genuinely friendly and helpful in a way that doesn’t feel forced. Great vibes, great people, great base for Goa. Would go back without thinking twice.

An amazing hostel! Really friendly staff and great value for money. Possibly the best sleep I’ve had in a hostel so far. So close to the beach but also the Main Street. Stay here if you’re in North Goa!

BEST hostel and area you can find in India!The rooms and the common areas are very clean,beds with curtains are super comfortable. House of memories was great, I had a late check-in (1am) due to flight disruption and was welcomed in with smiles. The whole place gave off chilled but social vibes, comfy sitting area, good music,good food and coffee and amazing staff (made the stay). All the staff were super friendly and accomidating. Optional activites were held. Ice bath was a great touch. Sleeping area was nice and quiet with everyone being respectful. Best sleeps ive had while travelling 100%! Would highly recommend!

Savio, Mishi, Adi and Aman made me feel so welcome that I ended up staying 3 weeks. Perfect if you want somewhere in Goa that's social but not a party hostel. It's 2mins walk to the beach, lots of space to chill & easy to meet people. We did a cooking class, yacht party, ice bath, trip to a local island, live music at the hostel & Adi & Savio took us to their favourite bars and restaurants which was so fun. I felt super safe as a solo female & I'm already planning my return! Try the cold coffee!

Such a lovely and warm place! Very conveniently located next to the beach. The common areas and dorms are lovely with a great atmosphere and tons to do. The best part was the amazing staff that makes you feel like you're at a second home :)

Perfect location, staff were nice and helpful. Communal/bar area was really nice but there wasn’t much going on when we were there.
