- They cancelled my reservation the day of the check-in saying that my card was refused which not true because I used the same to book another hotel
- the staff value is zero and the owner is worst. They didn’t answer at the phone for days and they cancelled my Booking two times without a reason (maybe the owner is racist Who knows).I wanted this hotel for the position near the station so i made 3 reservation and a transfer for book the room. I’m sorry but they should learn What costumer service is..it’s the only hotel Who keep the pre-authorization for the booking after my arrival and when I kind asked to have back the money when i was leaving the owner literally attached me starting offending me (i will not write here What he said) but really without any reason. Unpolite is not enough for describe him He was annoyed to see me and told me he cancelled the reservation because he didn't want me. He is arrogant and presumptuous and also tries to speak English but is unable to. His behavior was absurd. and the staff did nothing but follow his orders, one of them called me a poor guy because I wanted the pre-authorization money back. I had just no word and just left and they Give back to me the money like they were doing charity. I repeat i had no word. they didn't even say hello
- They never returned deposit and by checking Google reviews I’ve found that other people also had the same experience. Hotel is requesting deposit of 100e before you come to hotel. Which is clearly written and fine. The amount should be reserved not withdrawn, which is also fine. However the part that isn’t fine is the fact that they have withdrawn that amount on 19th of September, 7 days before we arrived and that amount wasn’t displayed in reserved section anymore. By this day I still haven’t received deposit money back. Hotel is trying to explain how the reserve works, but the whole point of my messages was that on 19th September the amount wasn’t in reserved section anymore, and therefore withdrawn. So even though as they say, they closed and unblocked the money, there wasn’t anything to be unblocked since it was withdrawn. I let the hotel know the same day I noticed the amount wasn’t reserved anymore on 19th of September, but they only reassured me that it is reserved not withdrawn while it was clearly withdrawn in the app and not visible in reserved section.

The location was perfect. It was clean. and they upgraded the room. At night it was queit to sleep well. And i feel safe. The staff was also nice. And you can get towel for free each day, also you can store luggage for free. I truely recommend here!
So social best hostel I’ve seen for a cheaper price too
Nice hostel in a perfect location right next to train and station and opposite a supermarket and right around corner from the main street. 20 minute walk from the lovely beach and about same distance from the old town with amazing places to eat at. Reception always occupied by a worker watching people come in and out and rooms had underbed lockers. Cleanliness of the rooms was decent not disgusting however the shower was very small and the extractor fan was super dusty other than that was...
for my hostel experience it was very good. clean kitchen, beds and bathroom with good shower and a little hair dryer. location is perfect with the train station being 2 mins away and having a supermarket opposite the hostel. my lock was too small for the storage however they let me borrow one in reception, very helpful. will definitely be back, nice and the surrounding towns are gorgeous.
Undeniably in a great location, max. 5 minutes on foot from the train station, 15 to 20 minutes down to the old city center and the beach. Hostel itself is a bit of a maze, but it's fun figuring it out and the staff is helpful if you get lost or turned around. Great for hanging out, with multiple places to just chill and talk with other travelers. Rooms have AC, are cleaned daily and you get a fresh towel every day.

La ragazza alla reception domenica 3 maggio mattina è stata scortese, non un sorriso o un gesto di cordialità, presenza non adatta al contatto con il pubblico. La posiziona è ottima ma la camera e il bagno avevano un odore cattivo costante. Le lenzuola erano rotte ai bordi e le condizioni di pulizia degli spazi comuni precarie. Bella terrazza peccato per la chiusura serale. Non sono previsti eventi o attività organizzare. Bene il servizio di luggage room
Ottimo ostello, attaccato alla stazione e vicino alla via principale. Spazi comuni e camere pulitissimi, bagno in camera abbastanza spazioso e comodo.
Alles soweit in Ordnung, vor allem für diesen Preis. Die Lage ist perfekt, es gibt alles was man für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer dagegen sind etwas heruntergekommen. Insgesamt relativ wenig Stauraum, leider keine Vorhänge vor den Betten, die Schließfächer unter den Betten quietschen ziemlich, aber es ist sauber und verhältnismäßig ruhig im Hostel. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. ist es also zu empfehlen.
Le monsieur à l’entrée était super gentil et serviable. J’ai bien aimé avoir une toilette dans la chambre.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, nel cuore della città e a pochi minuti dal mare e dalla stazione. Ottimo soggiorno e camera pulita. Ci ritorneremo.
Average hostel. Some of staff was nice, some very horrible. When I was checking out the reception person was sleeping on the couch.
There is no positive side to this hostel that could possibly compensate for how rude the staff is and for the curfew. The bedrooms are incredibly small. Beds are SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE and if you arrive after the curfew they would rather leave you on the street than to open the door for you. Good luck if you decide to choose this hostel.
The hostel was great and it is in front of the train station and in the middle of many food options and stores. Very good area walking distance from a lot. Room was clean, bathroom was great. Towels provided. My only con was that I wish I had known in advance I was going to have to pay in cash. They do not tell you if you are paying under 50€ it needs to be cash.
Staff is super helpful and considerate! Got even upgraded to a room... We had booked a dorm initially.
Arrivé le 22 avril, j’ai demandé à la dame à l’accueil s’il était possible de changer de lit. Comme il ne restait qu’un seul lit dans la chambre que j’avais choisie, la gentille dame m’a carrément proposé une autre chambre. Un grand merci à elle !Sinon, l’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville, à deux pas de la gare, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. L’établissement est un peu ancien, mais il reste propre et convient parfaitement pour quelques nuit...
Hôtel situé juste à côté de la gare, localisation pratique, personnel arrangeant (possibilité profiter de la consigne avant le check-in). Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et bien équipées (prises, lampes), mais le matelas n'est pas très confortable.
The location is great right across from the train station. They have a room for baggage storage but remember your own lock. Or rent one with a €10 deposit. Great spots for hanging out on the balcony and main rooms. I loved the hanging chairs. Overall great.
Amzing hostel! Accommodations and staff were great. Met some amazing people there and overall had an amazing visit:)
