Intro Hostels Cusco

Après deux séjours à cette hostel c’est une terrible déception. Les réceptionnistes désagréables à souhaits, une wifi catastrophique, de l’eau chaude par intermittence. Le paiement prévu en dollars par hostel word se fait à un taux horrible (arnaque ?). De plus la chambre réservée et payé n’est pas absoluement pas celle dans laquelle j’ai dormi. Bref ma pire expérience en hostel en 1 an de voyage

Do not stay in the private rooms. Loudest room I've ever stayed in - bed is literally 5 feet away from a busy road and you can hear dogs barking and people walking past all night. No hot shower. Room is the same price as nice hotels nearby and there isn't any social aspect that you may be looking for

When arrived were told that had to pay in currency and not card, though said on website, so cost more when had to use ATM. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. I had a private room for 5 days and it was damp, plaster coming off walls and socket next to bed was frankly dangerous and would not use. I am 59 and this holiday my first hosteling experience. This hostel was just tacky. Out of 6 plugs in the dorm only one worked, no mildly warm water, just freezing cold water. Ypu cannot lock your door so anypne can come in....in the center of La Paz seriously. Internet did not work on my floor. The bar is nice but i asked the lady at 1pm to put the music down as i had a conference she barely put it down started shouting with her friend and recommended i sit on the freezing balcony....

Honestly this hostle was freezing. The toilet was on the other side of the courtyard. Toilet door did not lock which opened multiple times. It’s off a very busy road. Got woken up very early in the morning by cars and people. The floors are wooden and creaky so anytime someone got up we could hear everything. We did not enjoy our experience we left after one night stay. The common area was nice and so were the staff.

Don’t stay here, the facilities are not free. Never actually written a review. So take that as you will. Jonny the owner - money hungry man. Was making the losers in each round of beer pong buy beer for the winners. Made the loser of the quiz buy the winner a drink. Made us buy a beer to play a game of pool. Make us buy a drink to go into another room of the hostel to sing karaoke. Then when we beat him in pool for a beer, he tried to get out of buying. Plus there’s more atmosphere at a fune...

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY DO NOT HAVE WATER. so you can not brush your teeth, shower, use the toilet. But they will still charge you the full amount. They did not even let us know that they had a water problem at check in and we only found out after and refused to refund!!

Loud, dirty, and staff were rude to us. We checked out after 1 night and stayed elsewhere due to being unable to sleep from the loud music coming from their bar which is directly adjacent to the rooms.

If you are allergic to something do not go there. I said that a i was allergic to it eggs and dairy and they gave me a nachos with egg in it. I did a reaction to it and went to the hospital. After, they ask us to pay my bill for the lunch and they said a fake it or i eat something else and it's not there fault. Do not recommend it. The staff is really rude.

I booked for the wrong month - may 23-25 instead of June 23-25. On the 24 at 10am I realized and emailed them. They were unwilling to adjust the dates or even give me credit for the second night. That's within their rights, sure, but is a huge d*** move.

Auberge globalement sympa, mignonne et surtout très bien située. Mais plusieurs points négatifs : impossible de remplir sa gourde avec de l’eau filtrée (ils proposent seulement de l’eau bouillante…), sanitaires partagés très éloignés des chambres privées, à l’étage du dessous, et petit-déjeuner vraiment minimaliste : pain et œufs brouillés uniquement. Quelques fruits ou de l’avocat auraient été appréciés.

Nice bar and staff, bad bathroom and wifi

Such a bargain but would say you do get what you pay for. Super hot showers, okay WiFi, okay simple breaky but no inside chilling area like the pictures show. We stayed for a week here then eventually moved to a warmer spot for more money. Bring ear plugs!

Very cute. Good breakfast, warm bed, hot showers. I don't think their taxi from the airport service is worth it though. Not cheaper than Uber and not on time for your landing.

Very clean and nice hostel. Hot water is always functioned. There was no kitchen but basic breakfast and tea is provided. Luggage storage is also free of charge if you are doing multi-day treks.

Great hostel and good vibe. Men’s showers were freezing however.

Fantastic! The staff were so nice and helped us when we had problems or questions. The free breakfast was also one of my favourite parts. Only thing off from a 10/10 was the overall security, the doors don’t lock however it is in a safe area so it wasn’t bad. I would definitely still stay here again, I loved it!

My short time here was a great welcome to Cusco and other travellers - great stories from travellers, great staff - would recommend for anyone travelling around Cusco to check out this place

Basic but nice breakfast. They sell dinner at night so you don't need to go out. Hot water in the showers and they help you arrange tours around Cusco. Overall a great experience.

We had an overall nice stay at Intro Hostel. I would suggest better security over the luggage room; anyone can just walk in and grab anything and claim it as their own. We felt a bit uncomfortable leaving our things there overnight... Nothing was stolen, but a little more peace of mind via a tagging system might be nice:).

Nice hostel with extremely helpful and lovely staff. Rooms and breakfast is pretty standard, but considering the price it’s definetly good. The staff is some of the most-service minded I have ever met. They even boiled my own pasta for me and helped a friend who ended up in the hospital.

Vraiment très bien comme hostel, avec un très bon petit déjeuner et un personnel super sympa

Great place, perfect for a few nights stay in Cusco. Had some troubles with the internet connection and odors in the bathroom. Would still recommend ! :)

Todo estuvo bien, lugar tranquilo, me ayudaron con mi equipaje y mis tours.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we ended up extending and left our bags while we visited machu picchu only improvement for me would be more facilities to make food (beyond the microwave and kettle).

Alles super. Entspannte Atmosphäre, viele nette Leute und alles sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Sehr empfehlenswert!
