Hostel Riad Marrakech Rouge

Room was dirty with brown stains on the sheets, guy at reception will overcharge you even if you show him your hostelworld booking, insisting that it’s 75 MAD per night for taxes when in reality it should’ve been included/far less than that. Stank of sewage and got creepy energy from the guys in charge

I don't tend to leave negative reviews however I would not recommend this place. We had a private room and then movedmoved to a dorm the second night (dorm room was fine itself). Be wary of cash grab tactics (they didnt have change for payment, saying they will have later. Happened both nights betting on you not following up) Hostel world online payments also not accounted for so add this too. Amenities also half functionable. Wish you luck if you stay!

La nourriture délicieuse mais attendre plus d’une heure pour pouvoir commander de l’eau car oui on ne nous a rien servi ni demandé pendant plus d’une heure. Ensuite après cette longue attente après avoir pris nos commandes pareils attente pendant plus d’une heure encore. Le plat arrive non seulement il n’est pas chaud et en plus le temps de re commander un dessert m’a enlevé l’envie d’en prendre un vu l’attente par plat. Wij kwamen in de nacht aan, in eerste instantie leek het allemaal prima, paspoorten werden gefotohrafeerd, ze hadden geen wisselgeld en we moesten meer betalen dan online stond aangegeven. Eenmaal betaald kwamen ze tot de conclusie geen kamer meer te hebben, hier gaven ze verschillende redenen voor. Hij wilde wel iemand mee sturen naar een ander hostel. We waren hier ondertussen al 30 min. Geld terug geeist voordat we naar het andere hostel zouden gaan. Dit was erg lastig.

The smell was so bad. Towels given were stained and damp. Would not come back.

we stayed for one night in a private room paying £45, when we got there the guy at the door couldn’t initially find us a key. He then said he’d go get the key but didn’t come back to us, it was late. We had to go around the hostel to find him, we finally got the key but until 3am in the morning people were smashing things, glass. Screaming, chasing each other around. People sleeping on the floor and benches not rooms. breakfast was included in the £ but wasn’t there in the morning. bad...

GROSS and didn’t feel very safe at all. The bathrooms were disgusting and my bed had bedbugs and hair in it. Bring your own toilet paper and prayers

Terrible service. Payed 20 euro for a taxi at 5:45 AM to take us to airport. Had to wake up the worker at 5:50 and he took us to a taxi waiting spot where we sat 30 minutes while we didn’t get a taxi. Thanks a lot for wasting our time! Got a refund, but he gave us back Durham instead of Euro. Don’t book the taxi service just call an Uber

Had the best time and met some great people. Felt really looked after by the staff who showed me a map and where to go and what to do during my visit. Hamza made sure I had everything I needed.

l'emplacement génial ! Lit propre et confortable. Belle terrasse. Par contre les douches... Pas de pression d'eau et froide. Les lieu un peu délavré en général. Déjeuner prévu à 7h am pas servit . Ça à faite l'affaire pour une nuit , pas certaine que je recommande pour plus.

Was an amazing stay at hostel riad rouge. The hosts were amazing especially hamza. They sort taxis for you and buses to other city’s.

Great food always and our host Dounia was wonderful and attentive. Would recommend 100%
