The toilets were not clean, excrement up the toilet bowels , paper towels were not replenished. Renting of towels was expensive. Overall a slightly overpriced hostel experience.
The hostel is located right at the waterfront. Easy to reach everything (bars, pubs, supermarket) and the vibe in town is really laid back and relaxing.You can feel that Ullapool has a soul and wee engaged community. The hostel was super clean and got everything that you need in kitchen, bathrooms, chill area. The receptionist working was genuinely warm-hearted, super friendly. He gave the best local tips and every single one was spot on. You could tell he really cares about the guests
It's a simple hostel. Nice kitchen, friendly staff. The bathrooms were a little messy, but staff was on top of it.
I really enjoyed my 1 night stay here whilst travelling through. The shower was the best! Wow…and I had everything I needed with a comfortable bed and a decent view. I’d definitely stay here again.
Hostel was clean and tidy, staff friendly. The showers were also clean but water pressure with them was an issue with all my party. Also being told no curfew to come back to the hostel at 10:45pm to locked doors. We are adults.
Tutto perfetto. È solo molto difficile trovare il modo per non passare da una doccia ghiacciata a una bollente in pochi minuti e regolare a modo il getto d’acqua.
It's just very difficult to find a way not to go from a cold shower to a hot one in a few minutes and adjust the water jet mode accordingly.

Im Großen und ganzen eine tolle Unterkunft. Habe mich dort evht wohl gefühlt. Bad und Küche sind top. Das Zimmer ist auch gut. Man hatte nur kaum Platz seine Koffer abzustellen. Es gsb aber auch einen Spint. Der Durvhgsng zum oberen Bett war echt schmal( und ich bin schon eher eine schmale Person). Und Steckdosen am Bett wären auch toll gewesen. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und lustig. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.:)
In general a great accommodation. I felt good there. Bathroom and kitchen are top notch. The room is also good. You barely had room to put your suitcases. It is gsb but also a spint. The door to the upper bed was really small (and I am already a rather small person). And sockets on the bed would have been great too. But these are just trifles. The staff was very friendly and funny. I would definitely recommend the accommodation.:)

We had a brilliant weekend in Ullapool. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Hostel was in a brilliant location on the waterfront. I hope to be back soon!
