DON'T GO there: a Nightmare. We had booked and paid in advance through Booking.com. We arrived at the hotel and they didn't have the room. They told us it was a misunderstanding. They didn't even try to arrange for us to go to another hotel. They NEVER refunded our money. They wasted our time with lies. They are scammers.

Room was BROKEN INTO and were ROBBED inside of a PRIVATE hostel room, laptops and valuables stolen. We had to beg the staff to call the police, and absolutely nothing was done. Through this we met the owner of this hostel who was more concerned with his reputation and money than helping us in any way, still forced to pay full price for the room with no remediations for our door being literally broken into on this property. We booked a guided day trip to Sintra through WLFT. WLFT cancelled the trip because they didn't have a driver, and then refused to refund on the spot when I showed up in-person because I didn't have the physical receipt on me. Hostel had bed bugs without informing people before booking, I only found out because other guests were discussing it in the hostel-chat (apparently the staff also lied to the guests who got bitten and said that it wasn’t bed bugs when it in fact was). Since I obviously no longer wanted to stay there I contacted the management and requested a refund so that I could book a new hostel which they refused to do because “the infested room was undergoing treatment”. Still haven’t been refunded...

🔴DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSTEL After i came and saw the place i asked for refaund and dint get it so i just went to another place, dont do this mistake - the rooms have really bad smell and dirty - there is 6 floors (!) with no elevator - there is no social vibe in the place

Where do I even begin? After a long travel day, you’re immediately greeted by six floors of stairs (yes, SIX) with no elevator in sight, just you, your luggage, and the growing regret. Mixed stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff - probably the most attentive I have come across in hostels. The hostel is very well located and is a short walk from lots of nearby places in the city centre. There is a really nice social area on the very top floor, though you will be told off for talking if it's past 11pm... which kind of kills the atmosphere of the place at night. From the outside, the hostel could use a sign to make it easier to find. The location is excellent, right in the city center. The staff is incredibly kind, definitely the best part of the hostel! They helped me carry my luggage upstairs. You should know there are 4 floors and almost 100 steps, so it’s not ideal for constantly going up and down. Really really good hostel

My two friends and I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! It was our second time in Lisbon and we had a fantastic 24 hours with this hostel as our home base. Reception was extremely friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable about where we should spend our limited time while in Lisbon. Would absolutely recommend!

From the outside, the hostel could use a sign to make it easier to find. The location is excellent, right in the city center. The staff is incredibly kind, definitely the best part of the hostel! They helped me carry my luggage upstairs. The bed was VERY comfortable. I’ll come back!

3일간 묵었는데 위치도 좋고 스텝들도 친절하고 무엇보다 혼자가서 다른 외국인 친구 사귀기가 좋습니다. 저녁에 호스텔 측에서 마련한 이벤트도 훌륭하고요. 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 왔습니다. 감사합니다.

Okay hostel but not great. Wouldn’t stay again. Honestly… the vibe is everything 😌 Super fun atmosphere, the staff were lovely, and I ended up meeting some really amazing people. Location is just right . Would recommend .

Probably my favorite hostel outside of the US! The location is great and very central, walking distance from everything. But what made the most impact was the amazing staff! Going above and beyond, this level of attentiveness is not common even at expensive hotels. When I was leaving at 4 am for my flight, they made me a cup of coffee even without me asking them! I feel like the stairs are worth a mention, it was up 4 flights of stairs to reception. but lovely rooms, very clean and tidy, with excellent very accommodating staff.

I can't recommend this hostel enough. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to ensure you have a great time while you're there and the location is great. The place is clean and has good facilities. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Ok hostel overall, as it's cheap and in a good spot. Just my matrace was old and worn out. I had foreign hair in my bed as well. Some bathrooms smelt pretty bad as well due to the sewerage, this should be fixed in my opinion. Staff was incredible helpful and nice.

I stayed only one night, but this is one of the cleanest hostels I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Excelente atendimento. Elcio e toda a staff extremamente educados, gente boa, excelente serviço. O hostel é bem bom também - tem a questão da escada que é muita, mas foi bom que fiz exercício físico.

Prima hostel! Ik voelde me niet helemaal prettig in mijn eerste kamer, dus mocht switchen. Het personeel is echt ontzettend lief en denkt graag met je mee. Het is wel erg luidruchtig, je hoort alles van de andere kamers. De badkamers zijn prima.
