molto male, casa Bella e ben posizionata ma lenzuola già usate, asciugamano che era inclusa me l'hanno fatta pagare, le persone entravano in casa senza check in.. mi sono ritrovato un uomo alla porta la mattina alle 8. cucina chiusa dalle 22, se volevo bere l'acqua fredda dal frigo non era possibile. un solo bagno per gli uomini, piccolo e angusto. proprietario irrintracciabile, personale che gestiva la casa ci viveva dentro. pessimi inquilini che avevano sveglie alle 5 del mattino, rumorosi

We didn’t feel at ease at the property. We stayed for 5 nights but wanted to leave earlier. Also good to know that the location is not at the touristic centre, you have to walk almost an hour. It is a small place and not great to meet other fellow ‘young’ travelers.

Place ok, clean. Host will hover over you when you're cooking, relaxing and is pedantic about house rules. Main issue: it isn't made clear you'll be sharing a room with renters. You feel like you're intruding into their space with their belongings/ mess instead of fellow travellers. Socialising= awkward as they don't want you there. Bedroom malodorous as they seem to live life from their beds. and dude snores like hellfire so you won't sleep! One to avoid

A nice affordable option close to the airport metro. Value for money and clean. However the street is quite noisy and on the first morning the host was doing construction in the bathroom which woke us up before 8am. The kitchen is clean but not very guest friendly since there are many things in the cupboards that belong to long term guests and nothing is clearly marked. We got the impression that some guests live there permanently which is a bit awkward.

the hostel was a bit difficult to find at first. overall it was a pleasant stay and the rooms were clean. I liked that the room I was set up in didn't have that many beds so wasn't too disturbed by others coming and going.

The rooms were very hot at night and hard to sleep. The kitchen was good but not open 24/7. Ahead of arrival, I informed the staff that my friend would be arriving at the check-in time to check in for both us, while I would be arriving very late. However this message was not relayed to the staff at the hostel, who told my friend that I would have to pay for a late check-in, despite my friend being there. I contacted the hostel through WhatsApp and the owner dismissed the late check-in fee.

Found hairs on the bed like it hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived. Dirty towels too.

La administradora del lugar es muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar, sin embargo es un desacierto que no tengan recepción las 24 horas para poder recibir maletas antes del check in. Yo llegué a Lisboa a las 5:30 am y tuve que desplazarme con mis maletas hasta Rossio para pagar un "luggage store" y esperar a que estuviera abierto, perdiendo tiempo y dinero. Además Bruno, el recepcionista, intentó despedirse de forma muy inadecuada y me pidió mis redes sociales a lo cual di una negativa rotunda.

Super close to a really nice park, great basic hostel with everything you need for a great price.

Very nice place to stay, good structure and location, staff was very nice, good cleaning. Kitchen is well equipped. Had a problem with my reservation and it was solved swiftly.

There is no sound insulation, you will hear the noise of every car on the street and flying planes. Floors are creaking inside, doors are closing noisily, and sounds are coming from the toilets. The apartment does not have heating and a hair dryer, so if you arrive in cold weather, it will be inconvenient. The bed linen looks like a rag. The kitchen is well equipped. Clear. Convenient location.

Almost perfect stay. The place was quiet and tiddy. The only downside is that there is no way to heat the place (most importantly, the bedroom). I managed to get through my stay by wrapping myself in blankets. But it was limit. I am still puzzled why one would want to keep the windows open more than the necessary time (refresh the ambient air in the morning or during cooking time). But, it seems to be a reccurent trend in hostels in Europe (keep the windows open for hours and hours). COLD...

the owner Débora is kind and helpful. Nice beds - curtain, lamp, socket, shelf.

Great place; clean, friendly staff, a living room to hang out and a very clean and nicely equipped kitchen.

Very clean felt safe about an hour walk from the major bar spots make sure to email them before hand of when you will be arriving

Only one thing we would have liked something next to the door buzzers to see name of hostel, we got ourselves all confused when first arrived.
