Caleta Hostel Rooftop & Pool

+ 刺青の入ったイカつい泊客が多く、寝ている時も大声で何かを言っていて怖かった。 セキュリティボックスは違う人に占拠されていて使えなかった。又、壊れているセキュリティボックスも多い。 部屋は暗く、クーラーが効き過ぎて、寒くて風邪をひいた。トイレは詰まっていて、使えない。シャワーも汚くて使えない。キッチンも詰まっていて使えない。 スタッフは人によってころころ態度が変わる。 約束しても守ってくれない。

- La señora de la recepción súper desagradable y mentirosa. No sé qué problema tenía esa mujer pero gente como ella no debe trabajar en la area de turismo

- 1. Very humid room. Sheet was wet since I check in and it didn't dry until I checkout 2 days later. I couldn't sleep at night. 2. Bedbugs

+ Clean, cheap, and very conveniently located.

- Seedy, intrusive (to the point of ACCOSTING) long-time guests (one asked me borrow MONEY), blatant, constant, open drug use in the common/pool areas the whole day and until it’s shut down nightly, and a place that is overall completely shady in their policies and procedures. THE SHEETS/PILLLOW COVERS WERE UNCHANGED FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST. When I requested to be relocated (again, with previous room having a sewer-like smell) and taking advantage of the fact that my night extension was a fully new reservation, they (I’m not even kidding, more specifically the Cuban lady with curly hair) said “she would have to check, as that would entail AN EXTRA LAUNDRY”. The sheets were UNWASHED AND UNCHANGES TO BEGIN WITH. Shame on me for not having said anything, as I felt embarrassed at another request after the sewer smell change request. I tried to take it in stride. BUT, the ICING ON THE CAKE: (And the last straw, and the reason for this review): They refused to give me back my Euro (cash) “security deposit” as I left late at night and no one advised me they it wouldn’t be given back because “security must’ve not known who I was” (and because the check-in lady (a Cuban member of staff)failed to mention it could’ve been put on my credit card to avoid this problem, which in retrospect seems, at best, negligent). They kept my money, even though I asked to kindly transfer it to me, deposit it to me (LOCALLY, and being shocked that even THAT they refused) as they did to give it back in any way (except someone “picking it up”). A blatant attempt to just KEEP THE MONEY. (As one will not bend over backwards when having left the country). Incredible. They just told me that after a week it would be FORFEITED (“because of their procedures”, even though “each deposit is kept very safe”, as they manetioned at check-in). Safe meaning inside a ziploc bag, mind you. Icing on the cake, they suggested I could “leave it as a tip”. THAT was (unsurprisingly) no problem.

- No hay ni sabanas ni almohadas. Hay dos enchufes bastante antiguos al lado de la cama. No hay repisa ni luz en tu zona de la litera.

- Las taquillas estaban rotas, mucho frio en la habitación les pedí que bajaran el aire acondicionado y no lo hicieron, estaba sucio

+ That it had a rooftop but it was dirty, all the sun beds were broken and the seats were so uncomfortable that you could enjoy.

- They took 30€ out of my bank as a “potential damage fee” without asking me. Or without asking which card I want to use. We arrived with my friend and although I booked 2 beds in mixed dormitory they separated us due to system failure. 2 days there they refused to fix the problem, although there were empty beds. We shared one luggage so it was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. I woke up with bites in the morning as well. It’s dirty, all the sun beds are broken and the staff very unhelpful.

+ De nada, fiz duas reservas no local, sendo que em uma delas a roupa de cama estava suja pedi o cancelamento e ficaram com meu dinheiro, me senti extorquido. Não volto nunca mais. Empresa de gente desonesta.

- Do atendimento e da política de ficar com meu dinheiro quando pedi cancelamento por nao terem colocado roupa de cama limpa. Além disso a internet não funcionava. Não há tomadas na recepção. Decepcionante.

+ Close to bus terminal . Quiet at night . Clean .

+ Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig zum ADO Busterminal sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich.

- Wir erhielten zuerst ein Zimmer mit kaputten Rolläden. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und man hat jeden Menschen der an den Treppen gelaufen ist gehört. Die Gespräche waren ebenfalls zu hören. Auf Anfrage durften wir das Zimmer mit einem Aufpreis wechseln. Das neue Zimmer hatte kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Die Unterkunft war im vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Mexiko sehr überteuert.

+ Excelente Ubicacion frente al terminal del ADO muy central ,cerca al ayuntamiento ,Zona bancaria Restaurantes parque las Palapas

+ Muy bonito buenas instalaciones el Personal muy amable

+ La ubicacion es genial estas justo a la estacion de autobuses principal es un buen hostel de paso, las habitaciones son muy amplias y todo en general esta bastante cuidado

- No habia frigorifico en la cocina y esta era demasiado basica
