Good meal, kind host, cozy room

Ben is an amazing host. A reflection of Iranian hospitality. Friendly, warm, welcoming, helpful. I had the opportunity to eat two amazing dinners cooked by Ben’s mum. Some local food that I couldn’t really find in town. It was amazing and I really appreciate it as a foreigner visiting and experiencing Iran. Ben also helped a lot with my logistics especially since I came from another city and was heading to another city. Would definitely return to stay here again when I’m back.

Great place to feel the real local Irannian atmosphere, the host Saeed speaks English very well and always tries to help you out nicely. His family members are also sweetest people.

Grandma's B&B is a very cozy, homey place that makes you feel very welcome and experience living like a member of an Iranian family. The place has all the facilities you may need. It's a bit further from the center, but it is located in a calm, quiet area, away from the city buzz, and metro is just few minutes walk. Family members make you feel like home, very friendly, casual, they speak very good English and are helpful for any matters you may need. I Highly recommend the place!

The owner and his family is so nice. I am so lucky to be invited to the family gathering. This is one of the impressive moment in my life. I truely recommand you to live here, especially for those who want to feel the local life.
