+ Emplacement, petit déjeuner, literie, gentillesse de la plupart du personnel

- La réaction du responsable totalement lunaire après que je lui ai demandé réparation après que la paroi de douche non sécurisée se soit brisée sur mon petit garçon de 2 ans (quelques coupures uniquement fort heureusement mais ce monsieur semblait attacher plus d importance à la douche qu’à la santé de mon garçon…) Prix trop élevé par rapport à l’hébergement. Lit bébé non installé à notre arrivée de nuit alors que j’avais bien redemandé quelques jours avant.

+ Location was good and the staff seemed nice and wet helpful with tips for the stay. Rooms were clean

- The rooms were dated and didn’t look like that on the website. The bathroom was separate which was not advertised so you had to walk down the hall in your towel / pjs. The bathrooms were private but I would say this was more of a hostel / b+b. It was grand for a night.

+ Location, room and bathroom renovated

- Original booking was made at Ai Viceré. On the morning of the day of our arrival, we were offered via phone to change to one of their alternative B&B. Reason: The room at ai Viceré could not accommodate us because it was suitable for 2 people and not 3 (but we reserved correctly). We accepted the change and stayed then at B&B piazza Marina. When we arrived, despite having communicated our arrival, no one was there to welcome us and after phoning, the door was opened remotely. The place is not a B&B at all but a flat with rooms with no breakfast option. Our room and bathroom were spacious with a recent decoration but Wi-Fi not working, the problem immediately reported. Back to the room late in the evening, we noticed a constant noise in our room, lasting 10 seconds every minute. Tried turning off air conditioner, fridge ecc.. but nothing, noise lasted until the end of our stay. In addition poorly insulated old windows, even if closed we could hear any noise from outside and there is the presence of a closed grill impossible to open because locked. At check-out Wi-Fi still not working, no one showed up and total payment was made by phone!

- Il bagno al esterno, mi sono ritrovata sempre persone nel corridoio mezza nude, abbastanza imbarazzante direi

+ La posizione è ottima. La colazione passabile.

- Porte e finestre inadeguate (andrebbero cambiate), arredamento della stanza insufficiente.

+ The place had a great location and was visibly very nice. The breakfast was great. Vanessa was very kind and helped us with what we needed and she met us when we arrived and helped us get settled.

- Our fridge never worked and our air conditioner was not working properly. We assumed the room would cool down but it never did and it was the worst night of our three week trip. It was so hot in our room that neither my husband or I could sleep and had to get up to shower or splash water on ourselves during the night (multiple times). We didn’t say anything to staff as they are not on site at night and it was very late and I honestly thought it would get better. I mentioned it in the morning, but I should have asked for a discount. My sister stayed in a different room with her family and everything worked great. My recommendation would be for anyone staying there to make sure that everything is working properly in their room and keep the staff informed.

+ Ubicación excelente para moverse por el centro histórico. Justo al lado del teatro Massimo, buen barrio para descansar, comer, beber, comprar... Buena habitación para dos, con mininevera y AC (frio y caliente). Baño decente.

- Al estar todo en una unica planta, y mi habitación en el rellano de la entrada, se oye ruido, por las mañanas cuando todo el mundo sale a desayunar o por la noche cuando la gente llega. Las puertas son de origen, de madera y finitas. Sin vistas (pero es igual, no vas pasar mucho tiempo en la habitacion).

+ Buona la posizione !! La camera era accogliente . La colazione buona !! C'era anche la parte salata !! Gentile lo staff.

+ Delicious breakfast, local food, great coffee, we really enjoyed it:))

+ The room was huge. We had a double bed. And there were two singles as well. Breakfast was awesome. Tasty. Different. And well presented. The staff were terrific and took a genuine interest in us.

- The bathroom being down the hall. I guess I should have known!

+ Una struttura degna di essere chiamata perfetta. Staff molto cordiale col sorriso stampato sul volto, con me sono state gentili e mi hanno dato subito la camera. Camera molto bella arredata , funzionale e molto pulita ho apprezzato veramente molto, sicuramente torneró. Posizione ottima in centro

- Assolutamente nulla.

+ Gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt. Und modern. Gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern.

- Wenn jemand parfümierte Räume nicht verträgt, ist hier Fehl am Platz. Starker Geruch, der uns davon abgehalten hat dort zu übernachten. Es wurde uns zwar eine Alternative angeboten, dort war es leider nicht besser.
