A decent place to stay. The main problem for us was the lack of aircon or effective in the bedrooms which made them impossibly hot. The triple bunk beds are too small so you can’t sit up in them or get out of them without hitting your head. Kitchen was okay, showers were good. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful so that was a real plus
They Should Not leave people live there. It creates a hostile environment.

We like it, it was a good place
As a solo female I felt safe here. This is the first hostel with an actual receptionist who was very welcoming immediately. They let me check in early which was a bonus. Claudio, staff and volunteers were very friendly and helpful and when an incident occurred they dealt with it swiftly. My only complaint would be no coffee on offer, no privacy curtains and perhaps an extra toilet could be added. But overall it was clean, organised spacious ( guests food storage was so great!) and warm. Visit!
Séjour prolongé, l’hostel est bien situé plus ou moins proche de chaque plage. Le personnel est très accueillant. Ils ont un contact pour le surf que je recommande !
The hostel is well located more or less close to every beach. the staff is very welcoming. they have a contact for surfing that i recommend !

GÉNIAL : bien situé, hyper propre, avec toutes les commodités (douche chaude toute neuve, bon matelas, deux prises à chaque lit, crochets et espaces pour les affaires perso dans la salle de bain, cuisine bien équipée, coin salon mimi, possibilité de louer un vélo). Et le meilleur de tout : l’ambiance!! On se sent vraiment comme à la maison avec ses colocs ! Merci Claudio et tous les volontaires, j’ai ADORÉ mon séjour ici 🫶
GENIAL: well located, hyper clean, with all the amenities (brand new hot shower, good mattresses, two sockets at each bed, hooks and spaces for personal items in the bathroom, well equipped kitchen, corner living room, possibility to rent a bike). and best of all : lambiance!! we really feel like home with our roommates ! thank you Claudio and all the volunteers, iADORED my stay here
Fiquei no Cosmopolitans durante um final de semana e gostei demais! A localização é ótima, bem perto do centro, então dá pra fazer tudo a pé: Ir nos restaurantes, mercado e na estação de ônibus. O hostel é super limpo e bem cuidado, o que fez toda a diferença. O staff de lá é super prestativo, recomendo demais. Tanto pra quem quer relaxar quanto pra quem curte uma vibe mais social. Com certeza voltaria!
I stayed at Cosmopolitans for a weekend and really enjoyed it! the location is great, very close to the center, so you can do everything on foot: to our restaurants, market and bus station. the hostel is super clean and well maintained, which made all the difference. the staff there is super helpful, I highly recommend. both for those who want to relax and for those who enjoy a more social vibe. would definitely come back!

Feel part of the family as soon as you arrive. Claudio is a top man & great host. Highly recommend
10/10. The best hostel so far! Claudio the owner was super helpful and spoke very good English. The staff is friendly and approachable. The hostel was very new and extremely clean. I felt really safe in this area and had a lot of hikes, beaches, and restaurants. I would recommend renting a bike because I ended up ubering everywhere. Overall this was totally worth the money. I wish I had more time to stay here because I met so many great people!

I would recommend Cosmopolitans Hostel to anyone staying in Ubtauba! The owner Claudio is so welcoming and helpful. The hostel is in a good location close to restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and it’s secure! It was great, highly recommend
Claudio and the staff were all super friendly. The location is great, a walk or short Uber from all the beaches and 10 mins away from restaurants, shops etc. The hostel was really clean and the beds were surprisingly comfy. Good social atmosphere too. Kitchen slightly small but nice that it was outside
It was clean, the staff was really nice, they have an electronic lock on the front door for closing after 11pm so it feels really safe and the location is 10 minutes walk to the mall of ubatuba which is a nice to go when visiting. would stay there again!
