+ Alles was schoon.
- Je bagage kan je niet op de zelfde verdieping bewaren als waar je slaapt. Erg dun matras dus je ligt zo goed als op de vloer. En het ergste is dat je tussen 11 en 3 nergens in het pand mag verblijven. Zelfs niet de algemene ruimtes of de wc gebruiken.
- Price on weekends way too high for what it was!

Today I came back found they had moved me to another capsule. If you move capsule you move locker, so the staff moved my things (very rude) without me been there. I left one thing in my capsule now This is missing and reception staff don't want to know, it's like it's my fault. Avoid this place, or if you stay do not leave valuables in your locker incase they go inside. The reception staff will not even contact the manager because this will upset him. Now I am having to replace everything at my own cost both time and financially.

For some strange reason the staff moved my things from a secure locker to another secure locker, this is because they decided to move my bed (new bed new locker). Things went missing, the reception staff aren't really bothered, it's like it's nothing to do with them. Avoid this place, or if you do do not leave valuables in your locker.

+ Me gustó que te dieran un pijama para dormir.
- La cama era increíblemente incómoda, el colchón era más bien una colchoneta, me duele la espalda aún y eso que sólo estuve una noche. Hacia calor en la habitación y el ventilador no servía para nada más que hacer ruido. No se apagan las luces de la habitación en toda la noche. El baño tenía toallas usadas regadas por todo el suelo. Te regalan una tarjeta para ir a desayunar al Starbucks en vez de ofrecer ellos el desayuno. Es cierto que el precio es bajo, pero otros hoteles cápsula tienen mejores instalaciones por el mismo precio. No volvería y no lo recomiendo, especialmente por el colchón.

- Probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed. They state they have 24 hour front desk which is not true. They kick everyone out of the building between 10:00 and 14:00 to clean, so no sleeping in. Because they “clean” 4 hours a day you would expect it to be really clean, right? It’s not… You have to hand in the key with all your valuables at the reception if you leave. There is no camera security. The mattresses feel like wooden planks. Wifi does not work. Reception does not speak any English. Terrible place.

Sympa mais matelas trop dur
very clean & lovely staff, with free towels & toiletries provided. it was not very social though and you couldn’t be in your pod between 11am-3pm due to cleaning. also the mattress was pretty thin but overall good value for money
It’s okay for one night - Hostel “closes” during the day meaning you’ll have to take everything out of the capsule for them to clean - though big storage room and lockers in front of dorm. No kitchen and also not really a cozy hang out area either, it’s all quite simple. Yet showers & location is great.

+ チェックイン前、チェックアウト後荷物の預けできた点、夜行高速バス 利用のため松乃湯無料券助かりました。スタッフも対応がとても良かったです
+ Allt var underbart med det här kapselhotellet! Sängen var skön då den inte var överdrivet mjuk, kapseln kändes frisk och vädrande snarare än instängande, pyjamasarna man fick varje dag var i otroligt härligt material, läget på hotellet var otroligt centralt och bra beläget så nära till mycket annat i staden med enkla promenader på gångavstånd. Också väldigt bra med 24 timmars bemannad reception då jag behövde checka ut väldigt tidigt vid kl. 05 på morgonen för att hinna med en buss till flygplatsen i Komatsu. Rekommenderar starkt det här hotellet vid besök i Kanazawa!
- Inget att anmärka på, kan gärna stanna här igen vid besök återigen i Kanazawa!

- コンセントが洗面台にないため、ヘアアイロンや自前のドライヤーを使うような方だと少し不便かもしれません。

- El colchón no llega ni a ser un futón, es una esterilla de un par de centímetros de grosor sobre un suelo de madera dura. Además, no se pueden cerrar las cápsulas, solo hay una persianita, así que constantemente hay ruidos de gente entrando y saliendo. La limpieza dejaba un poco que desear.
