Um funcionario chamado Ricardo, SUPER MAU EDUCADO, e só o mau atendimento na entrada me permitiu a nao gostar de mais nada por lá. Não é um ambiente hospitaleiro e o cliente nao é bem-vindo. Para mim, o ambiente não é o mais importante, mas a HOSPITALIDADE e eu tive a pior. Fui surpreendido com um "vai ficar ou nao vai?" e quando perguntei se era seguro deixar a minha folding bike em tal ambiente, ele disse: "Deixa, se vc quiser ser roubado".
Me cancelaron la reserva porque decían que el hostel estaba lleno. Yo tenía reservado desde mayo, me avisaron el día de antes cuando yo ya no podía ni cancelar. Simplemente un comportamiento miserable. Me dicen desde el hostel que es una empresa seria, el concepto de seriedad no lo tienen aprendido, usen el diccionario. No lo recomiendo para nada.
Overall, there is no reason not to book. I met friendly people. my personal experience was not good. I contacted the hostel because I wanted to modify my reservation, and they mentioned a “minimum stay rule” of two days, which didn’t exist when i cancelled and rebooked. The AC was broken and water cut off at night. There is a family living in the hostel. I was told that the hostel had a luggage storage, I planned accordingly, and then I had to carry my luggage around the whole day.

A localização é muito boa, porém deixa a desejar na limpeza, manutenção dos ambientes e organização por parte dos funcionários, que no meu caso, fizeram troca de camas, troca da tag de acesso.
The location is very good, but leaves something to be desired in terms of cleanliness, maintenance of the environments and organization by the staff, who in my case, changed beds, changed the access tag.
Llegué con lluvia, con muchas horas de viaje encima, como faltaban unas horas para el check in es lógico que no se pueda entrar a las habitaciones pero no te dejan entrar ni a sentarte en el living. Traté de hacer tiempo en la ciudad, al volver faltando 1 hora aún para el ingreso tampoco me dejaron ingresar. Me quedé afuera bajo la lluvia en un techito que poco cubría. El argumento era la limpieza pero 4 días me quedé y bastante regular la limpieza de los espacios.

Perfeito. Custo benefício vale a pena. Recomendo.
Estupendo hostel en Santos. Bien ubicado, justo al lado del orquidario municipal y de la playa. Ambiente agradable y tranquilo. Recomendado!

esta frente al orquidiario y muy cerca de la playa. las habitaciones y baños estan en muy buen estado. la cocina compartida esta bastante bien (unicamente agregaria que tengan una maquina de cafe para el desayuno). no hay personal 24 hs. pero ante algun inconveniente el dueño se acerca muy rapido para solucionarlo.
It is in front of the orchard and very close to the beach. the rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition. the shared kitchen is quite good (only add that they have a coffee machine for breakfast). there is no staff 24 hrs. but before some inconvenience the owner approaches very quickly to solve it.

Estupendo hostel en Santos. Bien ubicado, justo al lado del orquidario municipal y de la playa. Ambiente agradable y tranquilo. Recomendado!

Muy buena atención. Siempre cordiales. Solo agregar que la cantidad de baños/duchas eran muy baja considerando si el hostel está lleno. A pesar de eso, nuestra estancia fue muy buena!
Very good attention. always cordial. just to add that the number of bathrooms/shower rooms were very low considering the hostel is full. despite that, our stay was very good!
Basically a good hostel to park a few nights for the well traveled backpacker...few minutes walk to the beach ⛱️ and convenience store and restaurants close by... would definitely recommend it...
Fiquei receoso de me hospedar, pois os comentários na plataforma do Hostelworld eram negativos, mas era o único hostel indicado por eles em Santos. Tomei coragem e me surpreendi. Tive minha própria experiência e pude comprovar que não era como descreveram. Amei passar essa noite e com certeza voltarei. A Limpeza estava boa, o Ambiente agradável, fiz amizade, a cordialidade da equipe que trabalha lá, o conforto do leito e a proximidade com a praia foram maravilhosas.
I was afraid to stay because the reviews on Hostelworld's platform were negative, but it was the only hostel they indicated in Santos. I took courage and was surprised. I had my own experience and could prove that it was not as they described. I loved spending the night and I will definitely come back. The cleanliness was good, the atmosphere pleasant, I made friendship, the cordiality of the team that works there, or the comfort of the bed and the proximity to the beach were wonderful.

Bah.. fui para uma noite só, porque era algo rápido que precisava.. perto do que precisava, simples, mas bah.. é o Tipico Bom Bonito e Barato.. preço acessivel, extremamente limpo e organizado. Sem falar da simpatia e prestatividade da equipe.. WC no Quarto, mesmo com 8 camas.. Colchão bom, banho ótimo.. Perfeito para mim... Adorei.

I went for one night only, because it was something quick that I needed.. close to what I needed, simple, but bah.. it is the Tipico Bom Bonito and Cheap.. affordable price, extremely clean and organized. not to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the team.. WC no Quarto, mesmo com 8 camas.. Good mattress, great bathroom.. Perfect for me... I loved it.
