Hostel SP 55 by Bossh Hotels

Ingen i personalen pratar engelska vilket är dåligt. Vid avresan ville de ta betalt för en natt till trots att jag hade dokument som visade att jag hade betalt för alla nätter. Slutligen så fick jag inte tillbaka mina duschgrejer som jag glömde i rummet och som städerskan bara någon halvtimma senare borde ha hittat. När jag kom tillbaka dagen efter så sa de att dom inte hade hittat min påse med duschgrejer. Det var bara jag och en till i rummet och han sa att de var i badrummet när ...

Dear Hostel Wold , This message is for you and not for the hotel. I tried to book the hostel Via your platform and two times you told me that it is successfully booked , two times you debited me 3,50 EUR > and couple of minutes after it was canceled without any clear description . Arriving in the hostel it was worst > no room were available for me and I had to find a new option at the last minute . I would find it normal that you refund me this money back , regards

Lovely staff, but no place to hang out or meet others, no atmosphere, rooms stuffy and musty, my room didn't have ensuite bathroom like I booked. The light and charging port by my bed didn't work. If this hostel was 10 euros I wouldn't complain, but I booked this on purpose because it advertised itself so nicely and I wanted to treat myself, was massively disappointed when I arrived to my disgusting and half broken room. Really great people at reception, but book somewhere else.

Good location, comfortable and private bed,clean toilet. Unfortunately not staff at any time in reception to assist you and main door always is opened, rooms and building are so cold, radiators don't work, even reported it, the lady from reception was indifferent and didn't fix it. There are a lot of hotels around that could be better than this. I don't recomend this.

Unclean kitchen area, dirty knifes, only one mug which was dirty, crumbs on floor stains on table, dustpan used as a drinks holder with one dirty glass on it. Grey looking mattress. Tap in bathroom stained. No receptionist- use codes to get in and out. Small communal space. Nobody cares about this place. It is poorly maintained. Avoid.

Only the location was acceptable. First of all the complaints about the hostel stacking, packing, and stuffing people incomprehensibly small and inconvenient. It is super noisy. Totally NO atmosphere. That private room is 1,5 meter high, and I am not lying. They really rip Camino walkers off. Folks go to France for a real camino experience. French people will respect you instead of abusing u for money. Especially in the Pyrenees Mountains. Spain and Portugal is only to get screwed. Unwanwanted.

One of the guest smelled pretty bad and the bed was not thoroughly cleaned, finding multiple hairs on the mattress that were not mine... staff just told me to remove them by myself...

This is the only hostel that wasn't able to give me a lower bunk. My reservation was on Friday and I contacted them by email requesting one on Monday, the 17th at 1:10pm with the reservation code in the subject field I then called them and left a voicemail when they didn't pick up I still got an upper bunk and when I called about it they said they couldn't find my email, nor my voice message, that all the lower bunks were taken and that the bed I said I had wasn't mine.

Cozinha não possui fogão, a limpeza da cozinha deixa a desejar, geladeira pequena, tipo frigobar, as pessoas vão embora e deixam comidas fechadas na geladeira, que ali permanecem, ficam vencidas ou estragadas e ninguém do hostel recolhe, só ha uma funcionária no hostel ....que faz tudo sozinha...., não possui portaria 24 horas

Pelo valor pago, o hostel é ótimo. A equipa da receção é simpática e prestativa. A limpeza da cama e do cacifo não estavam assim tão boas, entretanto não notei nada errado com a roupa de cama disponibilizada. A limpeza da casa de banho estava ótima.

Everyone was struggling with the check in, as there is no staff available, only a phone number (and only Spanish speaking). I didn't receive the email with the entry code, room number and so on. Why do I have to call three times to receive all the necessary information to get to my bed? First call: she tells me the entry code. 2nd call: she tells me the room and bed number. 3rd call: I receive the room entry code. Also, the common area is rather depressing (no window). No stove. Only microwav...

overall good experience. great location and value for money. only complaint is that the room felt very hot at night so it was difficult to sleep.

Convenient. Close to all the important locations. Comfortable stay.

The Front Door has a security code to open, the back door has no working security. The Kitchen has no stove. The beds are squeaking, The Windows don't stay open in Room 14.

Friendly staff allowed me to store my bags and check in before the normal check in time. Honestly I just needed a place to sleep and therefore I wasn’t really needing a lot. The place is very centric in its location and is just a short walk from the historical center. I walked to it from the train station, so in my opinion it is very easy to get too and well located. The bed was comfortable and was able to get a good nights rest.

you cant lock your bags and there is no real kitchen, only a microwave and a fridge. also the reception is only there for a few hours during the day, but they send you a code to check inandenter yourself and also they responded immediately to my email as soon as their service time has started. I would come back

Decent hostel when staying on a budget after the Camino.

Nice conditions for the price, but could be a little better in terms of cleaning. Also, pay a lot of attention to all details in the description!!

Lage ist Super. Die Zimmer erreichen auch den Standard. Allerdings störte schon sehr, dass die Rezeption lediglich 2-3 Stunden am Tag dort war. Es herrschte eine leicht Geisterliche Stimmung (auch dem geschuldet, dass kaum Gäste dort waren). Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist zudem nicht wirklich einladend. Weiterer - Punkt ist der Wäscheservice (meine Wäsche kam ungewaschen zurück?) -Preis ist aber Fair So lala

Arrived but no reception, luckily they had sent me the access code. I met the receptionist the next day and they were friendly, another hostel mate was giving them a hard time, so I felt sorry for them. Overall it was a good stay, just didn’t have a towel at night. Made a good friend while there. It was the place I stayed after finishing el Camino de Santiago.
