+ His strengths are his weaknesses.
- 1. Unfortunately, the owner does not communicate with the guests at all. They will not reply to any questions. 2. The cleaning is really sloppy. You can find hair left by the previous guest at any time. 3. Their attitude when checking out is just indifferent!
- A lot of the staff were international on working holiday visas . I found the staff very rude and messy. The staff would come into the dorm and be very noisy at night. The place was also quite dirty. I have been to many japanese hostels and this was the worst one.

Cuando ya estaba preparando mi salida, la recepcionista se acercó a insistir en que debía irme de inmediato, ya que ya no era huésped del hostel. Además, me dijeron que ellos habían cancelado la reserva, pero no fue así. Más tarde, me di cuenta de que marcaron mi estancia como “no presentado” en Booking, lo que me impidió dejar una reseña en la plataforma. Adjunto la factura. Todavia estáis a tiempo de comportaros y de no quedaros con el dinero de la gente. Acepto retirar el comentario si ustedes devuelven el dinero que injustamente se han quedado. Sino quedará bien claro que lo que les importa es únicamente el dinero y someter a los clientes. En las fotos adjuntas se observa que yo nunca cancelé, fueron ellos quienes cancelaron porque les puse la cara colorada porque no tienen empatía ninguna con las personas. son robots japoneses. gente sin alma

- Bad comments need good explanations. First, just to mention it: I have been in a dozen of guesthouses of this level. Santiago guesthouse does not provide you a towel, and at the lavabo, instead of towels, there are paper handkerchiefs. Smart idea, to save money even on buying a bunch of cheap towels, congratulations. The sinks are always dirty. The showers have missing or broken shelves. Next to the sinks, not underneath, next to them, the trash can is always full of used tissues and other garbage It is the first time I have never seen this. The space where the bed is placed is the lowest and narrowest I have never experienced. At the reception, they write you everything on a board and you have to take a picture. Then you are on your way, without disturbing them further. Wonderful, so they manage even to save on their movements, since they don't move a step from their chair and the computer in front of them: you talk to them from a side of a table, they are, in diagonal, on the other. The feeling is you are just bothering them: a warm welcome. Special award for one of the receptionists met: a young, fat guy, speaking a Japanese that make you immediately understand in which environments he is in, and could not simply understand a request to have a look at a device that didn't work. He insisted in saying I was wrong. At first I got annoyed (without raising my voice and quickly leaving before engaging a discussion) then I understood he could not even get the point, like a baby who wants to be right (and do nothing) and this against any given evidence. He got also irritated. I had the clear impression he cannot keep the slightest control of himself. Even this, a good way of saving money: hiring somebody resembling to a social case, aside from the sense of humour of putting him at the reception of a guest house, make certainly save a lot of money on a salary: who else would give him a job?

- This place was absolutely disgusting. There was mold in the shower that they clearly tried to cover with duct tape and BUGS IN THE BED. I understand it was cheap but I’m absolutely appalled. I had to pay to rent what was effectively a dish towel and the common room was far to small and overcrowded all night to the point where I gave up and ate outside near the bus station. There were also no proper bedsheets and only a thin sheet separating you from what was clearly an unwashed duvet.

+ L'espace commun au rez-de-chaussée permet d'échanger et de s'entraider. Le couchage est confortable.
- Je n'ai rien compris lorsque je suis arrivée et qu'il n'y avait personne pour m'accueillir. La propreté (qui dépend aussi beaucoup des autres clients) laissait à désirer.

- カプセル内がベニヤ板で仕切られており、アレルギー体質の方は気にしたほうがいいかも。
+ 離旭橋站跟那霸巴士總站都很近,附近也有超商,跟一些不錯的餐廳,位置非常便利,但好像也只有位置跟價格值得讚賞了,另外工作人員很親切,也很願意提供幫助
- 如果是行李箱入住會很不方便,樓梯很窄,而且房間裡基本上是沒有空間讓你放行李箱的,大多都放在房間外面的置物櫃旁邊,但如果是帶背包的話就很方便 沒有拖鞋,公共空間在一樓,要爬上爬上會有點麻煩
