Konko Hostel Jakarta

- I stayed at this hostel and my experience was quite disappointing. The main door is locked at midnight, I actually had to jump over the gate to get back inside. On top of that, they charge a 200000 deposit for a simple key card that probably isn’t even worth a dollar on Amazon. The amount is clearly excessive and unjustified.

- Onder andere de vlooien/bedwantsen die ik heb gekregen. Plus dat ik in een kamer sliep zonder raam aan het eind van een gang en als er brand uit zou breken weet ik niet waar de nooduitgang is. Plus de kamer stonk echt enorm naar riolering van de badkamer. En uit de plint van de vloer kwamen nog andere beesten die ik in de avond in mijn bed zag..

- Bed had bugs and bites all over it.

- I lost my room card inexplicably, and the front desk forced me to pay the fine! The hostel dormitory doesn't provide towels, saying that they have run out-_- I can't afford to borrow them. They didn't consider the guests. It's hard to find the entrance of the hostel on the second floor!

+ Tæt på togstationen, men det var også det eneste.

- Det lugtede af kloak. Vi klagede over lugten til personalet. Og de ville fikse det mens vi var ude at spise. De fiksede det med noget parfume.. ikke holdbart. Vi fik ondt i hovedet pga lugten, men også fordi værelset er så lille og der er intet vindue. Desværre levede det slet ikke op til mine forventninger. Måske det er anderledes på fællesværelserne, hvor der ikke er badeværelse inde på værelset.

+ Staff were friendly. Reasonably clean. Shower was very good.

- I didn't sleep more than about 30mins in my two night stay. The room faces the street and the windows didn't close properly so there was constant honking, trains, shouting, cars, bikes, screaming. I had earplugs in AND headphones playing white noise but neither drowned it out enough to sleep. Plus the smog and mosquitos came in through the window. I asked to move but they said there were no more rooms available. Wouldn't give me a refund either. Considering I paid more for a "deluxe" room this was completely unacceptable.

+ Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y nos ofrecieron otra habitación más grande por más dinero, no pudimos pero si hubiéramos podido lo hubiéramos hecho.

- Habitación enana con los literas para dos personas fue horrible, llevamos 6 meses viajando por el Sudeste Asíatico y es la peor habitación con diferencia. El tamaño nos dio igual, pero estaba muy sucia, muchísimas humedad, teníamos que dormir con la puerta abierta sino nos levantamos con el suelo húmedo. Muchisimo olor a humedad. Fue horrible esa habitación. Mucho ruido a cualquier hora, incluido los recepcionistas hablando muy alto con clientes que llegaban a las 3-4 de la madrugada, sin ningún tipo de preocupación por oa gente que estaba durmiendo. Estuvimos dos días, el segundo día a las 7:00 pusieron música en recepción que sonaba muchísimo, esto contando con que no duermes en toda la noche por los ruidos y el olor a humedad....a las 7:00 fastidia bastante. No volvería ni regalado

- Schimmel overal! Stinkt er enorm!

+ Unser Zimmer mit eigenem Bad war richtig gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es werden regelmäßig gemeinsame Aktionen angeboten und es soll auch eine Dachterrasse geben, auf der wir aber nicht waren. Die Zug-Station Gambir ist nicht weit und auch die Commuterline ist fußläufig erreichbar, wenn man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen möchte. Aus unserer Sicht ist das hier ein top Hostel!

- Manque d'empathie ou d'information de la part du personnel, j'avais une réelle impression que je les déranger pour toute demande d'information. Soit ii l'ignorait ou été obligé d'insister,bref horrible expérience !!! La moissurue dans la salle de bain juste inacceptable et dedans la chambre

- Meine frische Bettwäsche hatte schon Flecken, ich hab das an der Rezeption gesagt und neue bekommen, die war auch leicht verfärbt, aber ich hatte einen Hüttenschlafsack dabei. Bei jemand anderem auf dem Zimmer war das auch so. Handtücher kann man ausleihen, muss aber dafür zahlen. Auch hier gilt unbedingt auf Flecken untersuchen! Sauberkeit am Boden war auch nicht so toll, ich war als erste auf dem Zimmer und es waren noch Haare von früheren Gästen da. Man muss sich entscheiden, ob man für den geringen Preis mit so etwas klar kommt oder lieber für mehr Geld wo anders übernachtet

+ مكان جميل والناس الي شغالة متعاونة .. موقعه كويس قريب من معظم الخدمات .. عيبه الوحيد ان مساحة الهوستيل صغيرة .

- موضوع الدخول والخروج مش بسهولة .. لازم تستني حد يفتحلك الباب لو خرجت بعد الساعة 12 بالليل

+ Super nice people there, never gets boring.

+ It was very clean and well located, you get filtered coffee and tea all day long, the staff is very friendly as well, the rooms are very clean and good aircon

- The 4 bed female room is very small, is a little bit more expensive compared the other hostels in Indonesia, but what you get is good

+ The hosts were so helpful. Great value. Great activities. Good atmosphere. Liked the roll down curtains for the beds. Quiet area.

- Nothing to complain about.

+ Un super hébergement à Jakarta, bien adapté pour les Backpackers. L'organisation d'activités à l'extérieur avec Kenya et Léon sont vraiment appréciables. La visite de la ville avec Kenya est super intéressante très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est très à l'écoute en cas de besoin. La literie est très confortable j'ai vraiment bien dormi, ça fait du bien. Merci infiniment pour l'accueil
