- Habe nicht in dem Hotel gewohnt. Da nur ein Raum ohne Fenster zur Verfügung stand. Deshalb stornierte ich das Hotel.

- Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon oder Terrasse gebucht. Was habe ich bekommen? Eine Abstellkammer ohne Balkon oder Terrasse und ohne Fenster...Ich bin nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist und musste mir ein neues Hotel suchen.

- L'odeur de moisissure dans la chambre , nous avions l'impression d'être dans une cave. Pas de fenêtre qui donne à l'extérieur pour aérer la chambre si ce n'est une fenêtre qui donne dans un couloir ou passent les clients des autres chambres. Le quartier où vous ne trouvez que des restaurants indiens avec une grosse population indienne. Nous avons perdu 3 nuits mais honnêtement nous n'aurions pas pu y dormir. Sinon la chambre était propre et l'hôtesse très sympa.

+ This was my 2nd stay and it was what was as expected from my previous experience. The entire setup, a warm, homely, friendly, informal stay, quiet clean cozy rooms with all the basic comforts that one needs and also the special gesture of the owners to go out of their way to make available additional requirements that I had requested. The establishment being family run, has the vibes of a homestay where the owners interact with you, always in an informal manner, that always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Food, laundry, transportation, pharmacy, 7-11 and nightlife, all within reach of an arm's distance. What else does a budget traveller need? It was great to have been back.

+ Lo único malo es que el taxi me cobró 300 bats y no me llevó al apartamento tuve que después de 4 horas de bus andar media hora de donde me dejó mi taxi para llegar al apartamento , me llevó a una dirección diferente , del resto todo espectacular

+ Location was super good at central Pattaya not too far off from the beach and restaurants and markets. Felt I have gotten exactly what I paid for and some.

- The noise level from 2nd road was not too bad at all as the street was not passthrough, and the guesthouse was recessed far enough. However, 1) the only window was facing to the balcony so could not really open curtains (no sunlight in), and 2) no insulation in the walls made you hear everything.

- I would suggest to keep a coffee maker in the room. Also suggest to keep smart tv in the room.

+ Great place to stay. Clean, ac, refrigerator, drinking water. Bed sheets and towels washed daily.

- Ac needed to be fixed for colder air. TV wasn't working but hardly watched TV anyway.
