The Backpacker Hotel

+ price was ok, thats about it honestly...

- The most concerning issue during my stay was waking up with multiple bites, which strongly suggests there may currently be a bed bug problem. This immediately made the room feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about overall cleanliness. Another major issue was the lack of any secure luggage storage. After asking where I could leave my suitcase following checkout, I was told to leave it in an open corner of the reception area. This space is accessible to anyone walking in and out, and the reception is not always staffed, so this did not feel safe at all. The attitude of the staff was also disappointing. When I raised concerns, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. I asked if there were any alternatives or if a manager could assist, but nothing was followed up, and it seemed like there was very little willingness to help. The room itself did not match the photos shown online, which was misleading. In addition, the walls are extremely thin, so noise travels very easily between rooms. There was also significant noise from a nearby venue, with loud music in the evening and into the night, making it difficult to sleep. Combined with the thin walls, this made it almost impossible to get proper rest. The air conditioning also stopped working during the night, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Overall, between the hygiene concerns, lack of security, poor staff attitude, and constant noise, this was not an enjoyable stay and I would not choose to stay here again.

- This hotel is falsely advertised on many fronts They advertise a bar - their ‘bar space’ is empty & out of use. Apparently the bar only runs at their sister property. The pool table advertised in the photos is unusable - the table is on a slant with grooves & broken cues making it impossible to use. The free WiFi/internet is so poor the advertised TVs don’t work at all (even with a router directly outside the bedroom) There seemed to be a lack of consistency when it came to the daily room cleans, with the coffee & loo roll not being replenished one day, the shower gel wasn’t replenished throughout The staff, while friendly, don’t seem to know much & couldn’t answer the most basic questions such as how to turn the filter on in the pool. Whilst there’s space in the pool & very roof top area, there’s not one sunbed. On the roof top there’s just a few plastic chairs The very poor room size & distance from the main area may have been compensated for had these amenities been true as described, however as they aren’t, this hotel really doesn’t have much going for it. We wouldn’t recommend

+ Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

- Uns wurde 2 mal Geld aus dem Zimmer von der Reinigungskraft geklaut.

+ Добрый и отзывчивый персонал

- Расположение вдали от всей движухи, нет шума туристов, но есть шум стройки, которая начинается рано утром. Окна открыть сложно, ибо куча насекомых сразу попадают в комнату и живут вместе с тобой. В комнате были муравьи. Сами немного чесались после 2х ночей в комнате, но явно клопов не обнаружили. Кондиционер потек прямо посреди ночи (просто начала литься вода), персонал предложил подождать до утра, чтобы посмотрели что с кондиционером, но спать в духоте было невыносимо. Благо понизив температуру кондиционер перестал литься. Сам персонал очень добрый и отзывчивый, но в номере было дискомфортно

- El horario de la piscina es reducido, te dicen que tienes agua gratis pero no te especifican que es la que no está en la nevera. Es impensable beber el agua que está fuera de la nevera con el calor que hace en agosto. Luego cuando haces el check out te las cobran porque no son las que eran gratis. Timo!

- Phòng khá nhỏ, không có tủ đồ, tiện nghi so với các ks 4 sao khác là không bằng. Không đáng giá tiền

- Vi fik afvide der var 2 gratis vand, men vi tog så de forkerte. Og blev opskrevet 50k for 2 plastik flasker. Værelset var ekstremt varmt og vores afløb var stoppet. Det blev dog heldigvis fikset. Hotellet ligger langt fra midtbyen, så ville nok vælge et tættere på næste gang

- Очень мало места, в проходе между кроватью и тумбой 2 людям не разойтись. Ширина полки для одежды 25см, чемоданы ставить некуда. В ванной очень тусклое освещение, душевая стойка текла со всех соединений, шторки у душевой нет, так что будьте готовы к мокрому унитазу после каждого использования душа. Держатель туалетной бумаги острый как лезвие. Сброс кондексата от кондиционера выведен в ванну и в ночной тишине действует как пытка с громким равномерным стуком в канализации. Спаслись бутылкой (подставили под слив, чтоб набиралась).Бассейн на крыше мелкий и маленький, в день когда я решила его посетить весь этаж был тёмный, без персонала, бар не работал. Мы люди не вредные, сильно оценку не снимали, но для некоторых эта информация может быть полезной.

+ The hotel was lovely and clean. The little pool up on rooftop a bonus. Close by the local market to get fresh fruits and local foods. Location bit out of the way but Grab to town not too much …we paid 800000 vnd for 6 seater

- Out of the way location. My a/c room 303 not so good. Told reception at checkout

- 衛浴原本應該是有做拉簾，但入住時已拆除，所以沒有乾濕分離，但不影響入住！還是很推！

+ The room is not big but it is enough for us. The staff are polite and kind. The price is reasonable.

+ Ultra clean, service nettoyage au top, lumineux, confortable, fonctionnel, espaces petits mais bien aménagés. Être rechargé en eau et café / thé tous les jours améliore l’expérience.

- Vraiment dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lumières de chevet. Le rooftop mériterait d’être un peu mieux aménagé et nettoyé, il fait un peu le demain de soirée avec l’odeur et les mégots.

- The location is a little far out - I knew this when booking but it's always different when you're actually there. I booked it partly because of pool - it's very small!
