Terrible. They forgot to clean the room. I was locked in after the lock on the door didn’t work, had to climb out the window, which also broke, to get help. They were not able to open my door either and asked me to climb back in through the window to get my things. After going back and forth through the window to get my things I also complained about the dirtiness of the room and the anti flee and tick spray laid out as decoration. She gave me a new room where the door worked, but still dirty.
