While staying in this hotel on our first day, we unfortunately had money taken from our room. The hotel manager was very helpful in managing our complaint and looked into the issue immediately however there was no resolution and we would not want this to happen to other guests. Otherwise the hotel was clean and nice, location was good as it’s near lots of restaurants and shops and it’s central so easy to get to either the south or north of Phu Quoc. We hired a bike here for a good daily pr...
