It’s a rebranded hotel. Not a hostel

There are no locks on the lockers in the rooms. When asked why, the staff told me they never had an issue with people stealing things. I have had my things stolen at other hostels before so I did not want to risk it. Moreover the lower bed assigned to me was occupied by some other entitled guest and the staff told me to take the other upper bed which was crazy high so I left and booked another hostel. It was such a waste of money to book this one.

bad quiet place, its just for party and loud

Not a good place to sleep. Pictures are not the same as in real life, no outside. Smoking is allowed in the common area. The common area is a bar open for locals so difficult to meet and talk to them. There is also a club in the basement . The club is really cool, really nice place to have fun. No discount for hostel guest on drinks. Too noisy in the room you can hear the music until 6am. Advice go to the club without staying at the hostel.

Wenn man Zimmer für einen ordentlichen Preis anbietet, ist doch dass mindeste, dass man etwas Schlaf bekommen kann. Aber nicht im Chillout-Hostel. Ich hätte mich auch in mitten eines Clubs legen können von der lautstärke her. Bis 4Uhr nachts so unfassbar laute Musik zu spielen, dass man selbst mit Ohrenstöpsel kein Auge zu kriegt und das Zimmer vibriert ist frech. Dann schreibt das dazu! Für jede Person, die am nächsten Tag früh weiter reisen muss versaut das einen ganzen Reisetag!

STAY AWAY! Our room was repulsive! Everything reeked of cigarette smoke, and there was a large puddle of unknown fluid on the floor upon checking into our room. Staff was unhelpful, did not fix AC when it was broken but instead gave us a mini fan that spewed smoke and covered the room in a thick haze of burned toast. Staff, upon asking, admitted they knew the fan was broken. We canceled after one night and less than 12 hours on property, yet the hostel has refused to refund the missing nights!

The worst hostel I have stayed at. It was so loud at night until 3/4am, it smelled like smoke, some of the lockers didn’t lock and for some weird reason all four beds were connected so you can feel every movement. Atmosphere was weird in general.

We loved the club! Very good location, walking distance from everything, really nice staff. They give you new towels daily which was really nice. We had a great time, however there was actually no accessible kitchen and the bathroom was really stuffy/stinky. Also as they do warn, the club is really loud, so maybe don’t plan to sleep those nights lol.

Die Betten sind mit hozplatten getrennt was eigentlich ganz witzig war zu seinen Freunden rüberzuschwimmen.

Had a really good stay. Clean rooms, facilities and basic amenities available. Highly recommend, amazing location.

Hostel ok, Strange guy in my room, very inconsiderate of others (turning lights on & being very loud at 4am), Location 10/10, can’t be faulted One thing to note is that the hostel is located above a nightclub - surprisingly, I didn’t find it that hard to sleep, but it is very loud in the room.

Feels like a labyrinth, you need to take diferent elevators to different places, there are no common areas but the kitchen which is always crowded with the volunteers, also their food is all overthe counter so you dont have space to cook

bem bacana! um bar legal no térreo, outro no rooftop, funcionários gentis. atmosfera boa. as camas poderiam ser maiores, meio apertadas. banheiros dentro do quarto, bons.

Best hostel ever. Clean, contemporary and in the centre of Zagreb. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The shower was hot and ample water was available. Club vibes great as long as you have earplugs. Laundry service available and good. Plenty of extras in the room; earplugs, shower caps, gel, shoe cleaner etc. better than many Booking.com residences. Would definitely use again if return to Zagreb, which is unlikely.

Das Zimmer war super. Allerdings war die Küche nicht toll, es hat gestunken und überall waren Fruchtfliegen. Im Empfangsbereich/ Erdgeschoss wird geraucht und die Partys am Wochenende waren sehr laut. Unter der Wochr hat man fast nichts gehört. jeden Tag frische Handtücher war toll.

the sheets were dirty and the facilities were as well. the value of the utilities and also the location isn‘t justified for this price, as you also still have to pay for drinks or entry at the rooftop bar, the bar downstairs or the nightclub in the bunker. our sheets were very dirty and you don‘t have your own nightlight or socket for your bed, but share it with the person sleeping next to you. also, the hotel itself is a construction site at this very moment, so be prepared for loud noises...

I just want to point out that the location and party atmosphere was great if that’s your priority. I did not appreciate that the shower drain was clogged thus standing in everyone’s bath water up one entering, the wall floor dividing mine and another guests locker completely collapsed so I had no security with my items. The entry to the top bunks is very vertical and high. It wasn’t too noisy throughout the night which is great but the actual sleep and comfort was not enjoyable

The only criticism I have about this hostel is that it is listed under a different name on hostel world. Other than that, great place to stay.

Perfect location in the heart of Zagreb. Beautiful lobby and bar room, unfortunately always filled with smoke. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall it's okay but has very nice atmosphère and events.

everything's cool

Great place if you like to party, you can hear the disco all night but nothing some earplugs wont fix. Also I wish there were privacy screens between the beds. Otherwise rooms were great, nice showers, free soap, and clean fairly modern rooms Note: the main restaurant/bar/reception is open smoking, and you can smell sour tobacco scent throughout the building. It didn’t bother me too much but a good thing to know

Staff were great and the location was awesome. Right in the middle of the city. The bars and club in the building were really cool. My only issues were the noise, to be expected, and the insisting smell of cigarettes. A bit of a culture shock to me that people smoke inside. Otherwise awesome stay, super cool vibe and I would recommend to anyone staying in Zagreb.

This hostel was amazing for every kind of traveler.The best part of this hostel is the underground club which hosts amazing parties

Lo venden como un hostal pero la realidad es que lo único que tienen de hostal son las habitaciones compartidas. No hay espacios comunes para estar durante el día. La cocina es pequeña, pero no hay mucho espacio ya que es la cocina que usan los voluntarios del hostal. La ubicación es muy buena pero creo que no debería ofrecerse como hostal.

The hostel is fantastic: location, staff and rooms. I personally recommend. Just one thing: the shower was not super clean.

This is a hotel, not a hostel. There’s no common area for guests; the bars and coffee areas are not really for guests so it’s impossible to meet other travellers like a usual hostel. Th bed would swing about if someone even breathed. The cleaner obviously put effort in but the place needs a deep clean tbh. Because the bar is directly connected it was SO SO noisy and constantly smelt like smoke. If you’re asthmatic like me, definitely avoid. Honestly, the worst “hostel” I’ve been to .
