Elevation Lofts Hotel

+ Location. Cleanliness.

- The parking lot /back of the building needs to be cleaned up. Graffiti, rubber gloves on ground, garbage, etc...

- We were running out of towels by the end of our stay

+ The unit was well equipped and in a really top condition. This makes it feasible to have a meal etc. We had a couple cool nights and a gas fire was lovely. Parking was terrific. It’s a busy town so a spot was important.

- I prefer not to have to figure out cleaning out fridge etc - for the price point I felt it should have been included as it is in other stays. It wasn’t a big issue but it wasn’t made clear (luckily one of us read the notebook). Besides, it is a huge waste to throw away untouched groceries like water etc.)

+ Very well appointed apartment that has many of the comforts of home. Great communication with Michaela who was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice.

- The codes getting into and out of elevator and unit. Didn’t like the pillows, too thick.

+ Loved the plenty drinking water provided with cups plates etc. Everything was top quality! Beautiful apartment.

- The cleaning fee was only added at end of my booking and I thought the $200 was excessive. Our one night stay made it very expensive - probably only worth it for a 3 night plus stay.

+ It is highly likely that we will be returning next year for the “Irish Music Week” in Swannanoa. As has been our tradition, we spend two nights in Asheville before the camp begins. The apartment at Elevation Loft was the best accommodation, by far, for this that we have experienced. We will not hesitate to reach out for a reservation for 2025 and will gladly recommend your unique hotel for others.

- Parking usually required several k-turns; very tight if lots were full… I didn’t love coming straight into the elevator from outside; someone from the street could enter the elevator while I was entering the key code in the elevator, and I’d be trapped. Scary…. Minor, but hand lotion in the bathrooms would be nice😊

+ The location is excellent and offers ease of access to restaurants & galleries on foot. Parking was very convenient.

- At times it was inconvenient when non-guests parked in our assigned parking space and thus created work to correspond with management, as well as taking time from plans to move the car.

+ I would say the main thing I liked about the property was the way it was appointed. It was absolutely the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. John, our host was available via text at any time and was quick to get back to us. the bed was super comfortable.

- I would’ve liked for the water pressure in the shower to be a little stronger.
