- Que al preguntar a un operario por la ducha para quitar la arena interrumpiera la dueña contestando que no utilizará la ducha de la piscina para eso, cuando no me dirigía a ella y no pensé ni por un momento en ir a la ducha de la piscina y resulta que es una manguera no ducha al pie de una palmera

+ Nous avons eu un souci sur la route et nous avons dû annuler le jour même une nuit sur deux. Les propriétaires nous ont facturé la chambre alors qu'il n'était même pas complet (sur leurs dires). Je trouve que cela n'est pas très commerçant de leur part ! J'aurais compris si il avait été complet. De plus l'emplacement est au bord d'une route très passante et donc très très bruyante. Pour clôturer le tout nous avons eu droit à des travaux sur la toiture, bonjour le repos dans la matinée... Nous ne recommandons pas.
+ Das Hotel ist gut zu finden, direkt an der Hauptstraße von Cahuita nach Puerto Viejo. Leider ist es auch sehr laut. In der Nacht donnern die schweren Trucks vorbei, die leider kaum zu überhören sind. Der Besitzer hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr klein und könnten auch ein bisschen sauberer sein, insbesondere die Dusche. Es gab leider auch kein Mückennetz, obwohl dies bei booking.com in der Beschreibung steht. Der Fernseher ging auch nicht, glücklicherweise braucht man ihn aber auch nicht, da man sowieso nichts versteht. Wifi ist sehr schlecht. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da das Wasser zu unserer Zeit sehr grün ausgesehen hat. Das Frühstück ist gut, wird frisch zubereitet, man kann wählen was man möchte.

+ La ubicacion si haces el recorrido del parque ya que esta justo a la salida si entras desde Cahuita.
- Habitacion pequeña, situado junto a la carretera y desde la pequeña piscina se escucha todo. Camas incomodas. Todo algo viejo.
+ Tienen bien organizada la cocina del área común, tienen tendederos afuera para ropa y hamacas. La atención de ambos hosts es muy buena, se ve que se interesan porque uno tenga toda la información y fueron muy atentos con mi hija (2 años)
- Mala presión de agua, ruidos en el cielo raso (parecía un animal andando), habitaciones muy pegadas entre sí y al área común lo que hace que se filtre mucho ruido. Las cortinas no cierran completamente siempre se filtra luz. La piscina y jacuzzi requiere mejor mantenimiento.
+ Es un sitio agradable. Muy buen trato por parte del personal. Piscina. Aire acondicionado.
- La habitación no era muy acogedora ya que olía bastante mal, no estaba del todo limpia, había hormigas en las habitaciones (que entendemos que puede que eso sea inevitable) pero deberían trabajar más en la limpieza y aseo de la casa.
+ Piscine, coin petit déjeuner, l accueil du propriétaire de l établissement. La possibilité de faire laver son linge.
- Surface de la chambre un peu juste pour 4 personnes, impersonnelle, pas fonctionnelle, pas de rangement de vêtements pour 4 personnes,une petite barre de penderie et quelques cintres auraient été les bienvenus. Rideaux non occultants et qui mériteraient d être remplacés, décolorés ; le bruit de la route.
+ No me sorprendió nada positivamente
- Principalmente la calidad-precio....para lo que ofrecía el hotel me pareció un poco caro en comparación de otros alojamientos en Costa Rica. La ubicación es muy mala pegado a la carretera se oyen los vehículos por la noche. La piscina cierra a las 8 de la tarde cuando en la mayoría de alojamientos en Costa Rica no suelen tener horario de cierre.

Perrine's advice, she guided us on 2 excursions in the 2 days we slept on the ground floor. She is well-groomed and very friendly ! The breakfast is hearty and gourmet. The pool in the middle of this garden with lush vegetation. The spacious Ras rooms.
+ El Colibri Rojo est plus qu’un hôtel : Perrine, qui tient aussi son agence de voyage au Costa Rica, est très attentive à ses hôtes et partage généreusement ses coups de cœurs dans la région. Plusieurs espaces peuvent être partagés : un espace cuisine, un barbecue, différents coins pour manger. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et disposent chacune d’une petite terrasse. Tout a été pensé pour se sentir comme chez soi. Petit déjeuner maison délicieux, frais et varié. Emplacement idéal, a quelques minutes d’une entrée au parc national de Cahuita. Merci pour tout !

+ Encontramos la habitación impecablente limpia, con sus amenidades completamente funcionales y camas comodas. Eñ desayuno superó mis expectativas, especialmente por la calidad del café y la frescura de las frutas. Muy bien!
- No tengo ninguna queja con el servicio que recibímos.
We found the room impeccably clean, with its fully functional amenities and comfortable beds. the breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially for the quality of the coffee and the freshness of the fruit. very good! i have no complaints with the service we received.
+ Tout était génial, l'accueil et le personnel très sympathiques, la localisation géographique au top juste à côté du parc national où il y a beaucoup d'animaux, la propriété est superbe, la piscine très agréable, tout était propre et confortable, nous avons eu de bons conseils sur les environs, c'était l'hôtel parfait pour séjourner à Cahuita, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Everything was great, the reception and the staff were very friendly, the geographical location on the top right next to the national park where there are many animals, the property is superb, the pool very nice, everything was clean and comfortable, we had good advice about the surroundings, it was the perfect hotel to stay in Cahuita, we will return with pleasure !
+ Tout, la propreté, la piscine, les services de Margaux et Bastien en l'absence temporaire des propriétaires, la proximité du Parc, le paresseux et son bébé dans l'arbre, les plages magnifiques à proximité, etc... C'est notre lieu de référence lors de nos voyages à Cahuita.

+ We had a lovely time and especially enjoyed the gam room an French speaking welcome :-) The host family is super friendly and our kids enjoyed the baby-foot and the board games. The swimming pool is fabulous and surrounded by trees which are visited by toucans and hummingbirds. The self-catering facilities (kitchen is well equipped and every room has a table outside) were a massive bonus and allowed us to prepare our own meals. Another bonus was the hammock outside each room. Absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!
- Located along a busy road but noting that road didn’t bother us too much and rooms are very quiet

+ L'accueil est exceptionnel (Perrine est aux petits soins et très attentive). Les petits-déjeuners sont à chaque fois des découvertes gustatives. La réserve naturel est juste à coté. Cahuita est plus authentique.
- La route est proche et très passante en journée mais la nuit c'est calme.

+ Sehr freundlicher Empfang und stets hilfsbereites Personal. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist angenehm und gut ausgestattet, ideal für den Austausch mit anderen Gästen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön grün gestaltet und verfügt über einen einladenden Pool. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und bieten ein großzügiges Badezimmer.
+ The host was always helpful and very attentive to her guests . The place was very clean and we felt very comfortable! The fenced in property made us feel safe at night and with our motorcycle left outside. There was a nice community kitchen that was very well stocked.. We will definitely be back again!!
- In our option the washroom in the kitchen is not necessary as seeing everyone has a washroom in there room!! Just our option though.
+ Nous avons absolument tout aimé. Gérante hyper accueillante, très arrangeante et parlant français. Hôtel très facile d'accès avec petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons pu rencontrer plusieurs autres voyageurs français et partager nos expériences. N'hésitez pas à demander, la gérante gère également une agence pour organiser votre voyage au Costa Rica 🤩☀️

- En realidad mi estadía estuvo muy bien, sólo dejaría 3 puntos de mejora: Que la pantalla de tv sea más grande. El uso de la piscina y jacuzzi sea hasta las 10:00 p.m. Que el portón principal sea eléctrico.
