This hostel is the best that I have stayed at in Chile and in fact South America. The open courtyard is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Eines der schönsten Hostels auf meiner Weltreise! Gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber, liebes Personal, die mir auch mitten in der Nacht mit meinem Taxi weiter geholfen haben, alles in allem eine super Erfahrung, ich würde immer wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!!
Lovely little sanctuary in the city. Not a social hostel but perfect for what I wanted. Really clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful 😊

We stayed in a Twin Bed Private with a shared bathroom. The staff were very nice and helpful, they kept our big suitcase in the storage for free for a week while we went down to Patagonia. The breakfast was good: bread, cheese, turkey, yogurt, jam. They also did a laundry service for only 6000 CLP. The hostel felt secure and safe and had a quiet atmosphere, which is what we were looking for. The surrounding area felt safe as well, with good options for food and drinks. Overall would recommend.

+ La cour est agréable.
- En général le confort de cet établissement est moyen. La salle de bain est très rudimentaire et la plomberie en mauvais état.
I thought this was a great hostel. I'm an older backpacker and for me, it was perfect. Located in a quiet, safe part of the city and close enough to restsurants and the funicular railway at San Cristobal. The staff were slways helpful in meeting my needs, like storing my liggage when I made some other trips away from Santiago. it has a nice relaxed feel to the place and I would highly recommend if you prefer a laid back, non-party type of place.
+ Very friendly staff and beautiful old building. Huge room (we had the family room). Also loved that they have a sustainability concept.
- Only a small window in our room, it was a bit too hot at night.

+ The location was fantastic! Loved the Bellavista neighborhood - close to funicular, hiking, cable car restaurants, and easy walk or subway to downtown. Breakfast was great especiallyvthe homemade yoghurt.
- Neighborhood was a little bit smelly but we got used to it.
