- I honestly didn’t like the staff and their disregard of a near kidnapping/sex trafficking incident that happened to me and my friend that occurred during my stay. It waery scary and traumatic.

- De quase tudo, desde as instalações com banheiro e quarto pequeno e cama de casal que não comportava duas pessoas, a limpeza deixa a desejar e os funcionários não passam as informações como deviam, sem contar que fiz depósito e o hotel não fez a devolução do dinheiro conforme combinado que inicialmente era de até 2 dias úteis e depois passou a quase 9, porém até a presente data não foi devolvido o dinheiro conforme o combinado. Não recomendo a ninguém esse hotel

- J’attends toujours mon deposit de 150 dollars que j’ai versé avec ma carte Revolut et l’hôtel de répond pas. Je suis une personne venue seule et est presque 60. J’ai rendu ma chambre dans un excellent état. Donc je ne comprends pas et la centrale de réservation Booking incompétente pour gérer ce souci

- Stanza minuscola, finestra inseistente, rumore di motore dei condizionatori della struttura ci hanno fatto compagnia per tutta la notte, la nostra stanza aveva il condizionatore come testata da letto. La porta per niente isolata dagli spifferi e dalla luce del corridoio. La reception non si è resa disponibile a cambiarci stanza (se non pagavamo per un upgrade)

- Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel manager is extremely unfriendly and seems overwhelmed. There is no possibility to deposit the luggage securely in the hotel and it is already pointed out at the request that it may be that when you put on the luggage, which is only possible in the corridor, no more luggage can be found. In general, the entire hotel is extremely noisy. In my case, my neighbors decided to walk at 1:54 am for 20 minutes, which led me to think that there was a major technical problem and it sounded like a train was running next to my head. Thereupon I went to the reception, where the employee accompanied me several times and asked me to be in the neighboring room, which was still not the case until 3.30 a.m., as something kept falling down or being moved. The entrance is not barrier-free which is extremely difficult to manage with two heavy suitcases. The elevator is very horrible and could use an overhaul. The drain in the bathtub was completely clogged, which meant that the water could not drain, this was then fixed at my request. Since I wanted a partial refund due to the circumstances, I was harshly reprimanded for having booked via booking.com, so this would not be possible. However, I never received an answer to my booking request in December 2024, so I had to book via booking.com. Even if it is one of the cheaper hotels, it is definitely not worth the money and the manager is unfortunately not to be surpassed in unfriendliness.

+ Your property has potential for a charming boutique hotel. However, as a individual who has worked in Hotel Management for over 10 years with Hilton Hotels Corporation and Starwood Properties. You all have major steps in professionalism and courtesy and intelligence. I was unable to view your rooms but the lobby could be better organized clean and welcoming.

- You all already know unlikely l will ever book with you all again.

+ I really liked where the property was located. It was perfect for what I was there for. I also liked what interactions I had with the staff. The bed was amazing..

- I didn’t like that they didn’t have a refrigerator. I didn’t like I didn’t have more of a window to look out of. It was like a little box however I wasn’t there much so that part of it wasn’t so bad.

- Dated decor and colors but this doesn’t impact the usefulness of the space.

+ Decent size room, good location close to bars snd restaurant but on a quiet street

- There was a draft of cold air coming from the window and the air-con. The staff were nice to show me another room but it felt the same. The air-con is also awkwardly position over your head, blowing directly into you which is not nice

+ The front desk person was very nice, very helpful. It was close to the sites I wanted to see and close to the train station. My room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C and heat worked well and the ceiling fan was nice and quiet. No carpet on the floor in the room; the tile floor made it feel cleaner and crisper. I stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night, and even though my room was close to the front desk, it was nice and quiet. I felt very safe.

- I don’t think there was a restaurant or room service in the hotel but I was not needing those services.

+ La ubicación era excelente. Está rodeado de tiendas, restaurantes y un supermercado justo en la calle de atrás. La habitación es pequeña, pero práctica y eficiente, suficiente para dos personas. Tiene baño privado, lo que se agradece bastante.

- Una noche hubo una discusión de otros huéspedes justo en la puerta de nuestra habitación, que era la del ascensor, y no pudimos dormir. La calefacción no funcionaba bien, pero la habitación relación calidad-precio merece la pena.
