No hay agua caliente... El administrador dijo que van arreglar y nunca lo hicieron

Numerous problems during our 2 night stay here. Very noisy guests who checked in at 2am and decided to move furniture and shout/laugh on the floor above us. We gave some washing in which was returned dusty, damp and with paint stains (we refused to pay for this), but the cost was more than a lavenderia around the corner. We came back to the hotel one day to find out door left open but room not cleaned - thankfully nothing taken. We were not given a key to the front door so had to wait outside.

Simple hotel but functional and clean. It’s 4 floors with no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you’ll have to carry it up stairs. Friendly staff.

I had a great stay here. The location is perfect...a few blocks from the plaza, markets, restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the start of the Mirador hike. All of the staff were so kind as well.

Great hotel, secure and in central location. Nice rooftop to chill out and read a book. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Very friendly owner and staff. Helped me book a taxi to the airport on check out.

muy bien hostal, donde nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa ! El personal era muy amable, y la habitación limpia y con buena vista de las montañas ! Cuenta con todos los servicios (desayuno, lavandería, guarderia de maletas...) extremadamente recomendable ☺️

Our stay at Chaska Valle Inn was amazing. We extended our stay for two times which was no problem at all. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We used the laundry service it went fast and easy. The rooms were spacious and clean. Also a nice option is to use the roof terrace with hammocks. We really recommend staying here and would love to come back! Thanks

great location, right in the centre of the city. staff were very friendly and helpful. there was no social vibe when i was there, but this is to be expected of a hotel rather than a hostel. overall, good value for money and nice and clean.

The location is perfect and safe. Close to everything I needed. The room was clean and Marcelino is the nicest person you can find, always making sure you're having a good stay. I met a French girl who is there for the 2nd time also and she loves it too. I would totally return.

Honestly I don’t understand why this place doesn’t have many reviews. I really enjoyed it. In the heart of the center, super friendly staff, nice view from the window and good additional breakfast for a decent price.
