i have no idea why this has such a high rating? the only good thing was the location, it was close to the train station and very central to the duomo and everything on that side of florence. the property itself? horrible. it was dank and felt unclean, plus the doors to each room had no lock. the common area (if you can call it that) was tiny and uncomfortable. you also only have 3 bathrooms shared between everyone staying there. the top bunk was a nightmare + i did NOT enjoy my time here

Buena ubicación. Buen servicio de cocina con alimentos y buena atención de las personas. De todas maneras no recomiendo en lo absoluto este hostel. Pocos baños, diminutos. A partir de 22 hs no se puede estar en ningún lugar compartido excepto la cama de uno. Muy mala relación calidad precio. No volvería.

I would not recommend! I got ill and they didn't even know where to find a doctor! She gave me a number that didn't work and then left! These girls were very unprofessional! They randomly walkt into my room multiple times to say her boss thinks this and that. I ask if I could stay one more night and the answer was no, so I looked for another place. Then she came in and said I could stay, but I found an other place and they made me pay anyway! Also the layout and vibe of this place were very bad!

No real common area. 60 euros a night for a 8 bed dorm?!?

Hostel was very meh. Staff is nice and helpful. But the rooms and hallways smells like sewer/plumbing. For the price per night, I thought the room quality would be nicer, but it was lacking. Poor ventilation, bad smells, and too warm. The luggage storage is outdoors and when it rained, water would get on some of the shelves.

No ventilation in the room so left with a fever from all the damp air. Waking up in a pool of sweat is not a great feeling. Staff were really nice. Location was good as it was next to train station and markets. facilities were very poor and wouldn’t stay here again. Having to walk through the reception from your shower isn’t ideal.

A very simple hostel, but the value for money is comparably low.

It’s not that good as it’s rated, maybe for one or two nights. It’s very small one floor in another hotel building. Smells bad and beds aren’t very comfy. No vibes. The good thing they offer free food.

El personal y la ubicación del hostel excelente, hay comida 24/7 (pasta, salsa, medialunas, galletas, café). El hostel es muy pequeño, no tiene espacios comunes, solo una terraza pero que es abierta y está muy frio y una mesa en la recepción (la única para comer). Hay 3 baños compartidos para todas las habitaciones, lo cual nunca estaba muy limpio ya que los huéspedes se bañaban y no secaban el piso ni acomodaban.

Wow what an incredible place. Was greeted by a lovely staff member who made me a coffee on arrival, the kitchen is stocked with free food, the rooms were lovely and large,with comfy clean beds. Great location, the only issue would be the lockers were slightly too small for a majority of bags/suitcases. Would gladly stay again.

Nice location and great staff. Security getting in was great and felt secure, but the rooms themselves didn’t have locks and didn’t have much privacy. I liked the terrace, it was a great place to eat and work. The WiFi connection was a struggle at times and had a hard time connecting.

The staff was nice, the facilities were good. The only thing I didn’t like was that I slept in the bottom bunk and I didn’t have space to sit on the bed.

Muy buen hostel, nunca me había encontrado con el servicio de comida gratis y es un puntazo. Personal muy amable. Estancias limpias y cómodas.

Das Hostel liegt in einer recht ruhigen Straße direkt beim Bahnhof. Alles in der Innenstadt ist aber auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist das kostenlose Essen (Nudeln, Passata, Eier, Milch, Toast,..), was in der ausreichend ausgestatteten Küche gestellt wird. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Really lovely hostel staff very helpful place kept clean great kitchen with amazing selection of free food. Location near the station and 10 minutes to historic sights . Was very quiet when I was there, not a party place .

Best hostel we stayed over Italy. - Convenient location - Kind staff - Clean and big rooms - Free luggage storage after checkout - Best price we found for a night - Free milk, bread, cereal, pasta and coffee!! We’d stay here as many times as possible

Súper buena experiencia. Las host estuvieron pendientes . Siempre estaba aseado. Los baños impecables . Buen ambiente y familiar

Fue muy buena mi estancia en My Friends. Había muchas cosas gratis para comer, las habitaciones de las mujeres estaban apartadas del resto y había privacidad. El personal muy amable y disponible todo el tiempo. Lo que no me gustó tanto era el colchón, lo sentí bastante aguado.

Excelente atención y ubicación

Excelente lugar, me encanto que ofrecieran insumos para comida y aseo, pocos lugares así y por el precio está genial! Regresaría mil veces! Aunque una de las recepcionistas peliroja fue un poco grosera, pero con otra que era rubia y delgada ella fue muy linda y estuvo atenta a todo, excelente trato de su parte!

Sono stato da My Friends per 3 notti, mi son trovato molto bene con il personale e la pulizia generale dell'ostello. Ero con un amico e ci hanno fatto l'upgrade in una tripla al posto della camerata da 6 letti. In cucina, volendo, c'è possibilità di fare colazione, pranzo e cena con il materiale fornito, cosa non scontata. La posizione è comoda per chi arriva in treno, il centro è a 10 minuti a piedi, a 5 c'è il mercato centrale. Unico neo forse gli asciugacapelli un po' rovinati.

Un excelente lugar para alojarse y visitar florencia y sus alrrededores.

Great place! Well-stocked kitchen with free pasta, staff very friendly and helpful, beds comfortable. Plugs and lights at each bed. Free luggage storage outside which is a bonus. 5 minute walk to the main station. It is a small hostel but staff are very attentive, and change the floor towels after every use. The individual rooms do not lock or have keys, but it is 2 keypads to get into the hostel so I felt safe.

The staff are very pleasant and always available to offer advice or just chat. I recommend.
