- Poor language from the staff who together with the manager and the supervisor of the restaurant persistently insisting on taking my table and giving it to other customers despite my paying to stay in that hotel

+ Greit nok. Noen av personalet var hyggelig.

- Takterrassen var stengt 1 av 2 dager pga privat arrangement. De sa ikke fra om det på forhånd. Ingen kompensasjon.

- Noise is terrible the whole night, the managment nor the general manager care

+ La piscina molto bella, La colazione molto vasta è carina, ottima visuale.

- Lo chef deve cambiare lavoro, tutto terribile, Il menu non è molto vario, ci sono menù prestabiliti. Ho pagato la tassa di soggiorno 10€ a notte per 2 persone. Il personale molto spento tutti molto scorbutici, la birra a cena la paghi, la caldaia per la doccia bisogna aspettare 15/20 minuti in stanza prima di potervi accedere, il manutentore ci ha messo 1 ora per aggiustare il condizionatore che perdeva acqua senza risultati positivi, non consiglio affatto la struttura!

+ Great location and roof restaurant. My wife forgot her expensive airpods in the room. The staff saved them and our friend collected them 2 days later. The cleaning.lady could have stolen them or anyone else but they were 100% honest

- Dat de lift het niet deed en dus de koffer getild moesten worden .. gelukkig hadden ze wel oplossing daarvoor maar voor het personeel zwaar

+ Situated in a nice location close to everything the rooftop restaurant and pool is great

+ The hotel is very nice and the staff are lovely. Great views from the rooftop. The rooms are a little small and tight but clean and comfortable. Good location.

+ Hotel was really nice and good welcome to guests. Room was cozy and lovely hot shower. Location was really great, walking distance to everything in Stonetown.

- Toilet really close to the shower door, takes some maneuvering to sit down considering that I'm not a big person. The restaurant was a bit pricey and could off better portions for the price e.g one spring roll 2$

+ Отель расположен в цетре города, недалеко от моря и парка. Рядом есть торговые улицы. Очень приятный бассейн и ресторан на крыше, красивый вид. Есть конфененц комнаты, зона для детей. Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный и не пытается выманить у вас чаевые или навязать услуги.

- Нам достался номер со смежной дверью к соседям. Иногда через нее было слушно соседей, так что уточнйте заранее этот момент. Спортзал есть, но он маленький и качество единстверрого многофункционального тренажера не очень хорошее. Гантели и кардио вполне нормальные. Кратчайший проезд к отелю и морю был перекрыт из-за ремонта бастиона (но отель тут не виноват)

- The breakfast was absolutely terrible — dry and tasteless, and the dinner was even worse. Maybe the manager should pay more attention to what is being served to guests instead of scolding the staff. The hotel corresponds to about a 2-star standard

- L’ascenseur qui montait la glace faisait trop de bruit vis-à-vis la chambre 310.
