CHE Suites Tulum

For $50US a day the scooters are 20 year old unsafe heeps of junk. The pizzas come from a box and aren't even half cooked using sandwich ham. Like most of Mexico. It's a rippoff.

Pro’s: super friendly staff who make you feel at home straight away. Great atmosphere at the Ches Hostel across the street. Cons: Room & common areas weren’t really clean. Ants in the shared (dirty) kitchen, some cockroaches in the bathroom. Also be aware: our priv. room was part of an apartment shared with another suite. Both nights our “flatmates” were coming back in the middle of the night after partying, loudly, bringing strangers. Felt more like a dorm in a hostel than a ‘rela...

Employees are kind, helpful and responsive. Bed was comfortable but the Bathroom and floor were not clean, kitchen was not properly equipped and everything was sticky, pool water was cloudy when I arrived.

Apartment was okay but a bit run down and very humid inside; Pool was not usable

We had a nice stay Che Suites Tulum. Alejandra was really friendly and we we’re able to check-in earlier and had a free upgrade. Would decently stay here again.

Great location. Good balance between the party hostel across the road and the quietness of this hostel.

Loved this place. We had a 4 bed house (2 rooms) and were the only ones staying at the time. Amazing that we could go next door to the hostel for a bit more of a social vibe but able to get away and chill out in our own space. Unfortunately the oven wasn’t connected and there was filter coffee and sugar provided however no coffee machine or filters. Rooftop and pool areas are lovely.

The place was great but the suites are shared between two rooms.. it didn’t bothered me but it wasn’t clear from the description

I had a wonderful stay at Che Suites Tulum. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding—especially Mayra, the concierge, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with a relaxing pool and great coworking space. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay truly special. I would definitely return and highly recommend it!

La pasamos estupendo!!! Quiero agradecer a Mayra por su calidez y generosidad. estuvo ayudándonos desde el momento que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. La limpieza espectacular y las instalaciones nos encantaron!!! Un lujo la ubicación, la piscina súper limpia, nos encantó el jacuzzi y el depa un lujo!!! Las camas super cómodas y nos encantó la vegetación!!! Volveremos y lo recomendaremos.

Great hostel right in downtown Tulum. Very social and easy to meet people. The pool and property could be cleaner, but it wasn’t dirty enough to be a problem. I will definitely stay there when I’m back in Tulum!

The suites are located opposite the Che Hostel, nice little shared apartment for the money. However, because it’s opposite the Che hostel, it’s still super loud from their music going into the night. Note there’s also a camera in your kitchen/living space which I found a little off putting. Staff at the suites were great though, Mayra helped us with all of our needs, and had some great tour recommendations which we thoroughly enjoyed!

Fab accommodation, lovely helpful staff, very clean, great location, they even let me check in early and stay late as my room was ready!

Nice hostel, we stayed in the apartment across the road, it had everything we needed and was a good price. Ule was great!

I had an incredible stay at Che Hostel — hands down one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had! The vibe is unmatched: super social, fun, and welcoming from the moment you check in. A huge shoutout to Angie, David, and Jero for going above and beyond to make sure every day was filled with fun activities, great energy, and unforgettable memories. Whether it was organizing games, leading nights out, or just making sure everyone felt included, they truly made the experience special.

Stayed at Che suites because I wanted a private room while still getting the Che hostel experience. The room wasn’t fancy, but clean and had everything I was looking for. The bathroom could have been a bit less humid and the water pressure was low, but other than that no complaints. The hostel staff were great - I did two trips with Angie and couldn’t have asked for a better host and person to spend my days with!

Return guest at the Che, and as usual it doesn’t disappoint! Despite not being full Angie and Jared made sure to host events and keep us very engaged and had a wonderful vibe going on there..Always sucks to leave and will definitely come back soon :)

We stayed in the penthouse. It wasn't perfect, but it is a great value and a good location. Lots of space and very comfy. Staff very helpful, no problems. Would stay here again!

It was so clean and modern. A very comfortable stay. Unfortunately the oven wasn’t working and we didn’t receive a reply on how to fix this or any help which was a shame because we have been out to buy ingredients we then couldn’t use. The pool area also wasn’t well looked after so we didn’t want to swim in there but you could use the main hostel pool which was nice. The location is close to town but about 20-25 min drive to the beach

I’m over the moon with this place. Finally found a place that gives the same friendly welcome and good vibes I’ve been looking for since the legendary Wild Rover hostel I stayed at years ago in Peru. The staff is 10/10 and makes an effort to make you feel welcome and get the party started. The atmosphere makes it hard not to make friends, and the suites we stayed in were tidy, comfortable, and felt very safe. My wife and I had a blast, and if you’re a solo traveler, this place is mandatory...

Todo es muy bueno, sería mejor si hicieran limpieza

El lugar es hermoso , todo muy limpio y cómodo . Tienes terraza en el depa y pieza . Y la hostal queda justo al frente , por si quieres un poco más de fiesta
