Amazing friendly and beautifully Italian lady at the reception with very good Spanish language skills!

Overall, the stay was good. The only negative point, was the bed sheets were so humid because AC wasn't turned on! Felt like i was in camping on a rainy trip.

My son got me an interrail pass and it was his wish that I use a hostel at least once on my trip, and this was it. I picked a single, en-suite room - I’m too old for dorms! - which turned out to be not cheap. But my room was spotless and well designed - it even had a kettle which gave me much joy! The shower was amazing! Staff were always available and were friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace was brilliant on hot days. And although not in central Turin, it is well-served by buses/trams

There is a kitchen you can use, but you have to buy your own pans and kitchen tools for it. We bought chicken and pasta to cook because we thought the kitchen included pans etc. But had to throw it away. Either way, the gym is very nice and the hostel is very clean and the staff is nice.
