- J’ai réserver un lit dans dortoir de 6 lit. Et quand je suis venu ils m’en dit que la chambre est occupé. Et tu va rester dans la chambre de le dortoir de 8 lit. Je lui dire de baisser le prix. Ils m’on dit non. Après ils me proposer un chambre privée que j’ai pas aimé donc j’ai pas accepté. Après ils m’ont dit viens tu vas rester dans la chambre que tu as réserver. J’ai entré dans la chambre j’ai vu un homme qu’il ramasse leurs affaires dans le lit qu’ils m’on proposer. Je pense qu’il à la bas pour une langue durée. Après ils ont me donner le lit sans changer le couverture précédente qui est était très sale. J’ai demandé qu’il change de couverture. Le lendemain matin j’ai quitté le hostel même que j’avais réserver deux nuits. Je recommande pas ce hostel.

- One of the rubbish hostel in Bishkek. I was inquiring about the package about Son kol lake from the girl who sits in the reception in the hostel and was inquiring about it but I did not give any confirmation for that package of Son Kol Lake that I was just inquiring and when I reached next day at Son Kol Lake then this girl was calling me again and again so I didn't have network. When I reached there she threatened me that you booked with us then why you haven’t reached there I said I never booked anything I came here by my own. Then she threatened me and said to pay me 5000Kyrgyz Som as a fine. I said ok no problem I will pay but but you should have speak respectfully. That girl was very nonsense she took a luggage from a guy thought that luggage is mine which was not my luggage. This hostel is terrible and shit. Never go there

I booked a private room, which was very basic, nothing to marvel for, but the low point was the bed, with a "mattress" completely caved in, absolutely no material in the center, you're just laying on wood. they can't take people's money knowing they'll be sleeping on that. shower without soap or shampoo was a first for me as well. the employee was amazing, but generally not impressed. I stayed at Apple hostel not too far, which was much better.
- Yes the property has a pool but besides that I don’t really get why it’s so popular. The location is further out of the city and the rooms aren’t that comfortable. Bathrooms also not the cleanest. The staff seem to only want to make extra money as I was constantly reminded that if I stayed after checkout I would have to pay x amount (never had that before in a hostel). Weird vibes and not the most friendly. Would stay elsewhere and closer to the center.

Very good value for money. Absolutely amazing staff. But the swimming pool isn't useable. Would definitely stay here again, extremely good hostel.
The pool looks to be seasonal as it was covered when we were there but this is 100% the hostel to stay at when in Bishkek. Lots of travellers, good common areas and a good location too
great staff, very helpful! the property is clean and well-kept, a bit far from the center is the only small downside, but overall very good

Really cool hostel. Easy to meet people in shared areas and they were super helpful booking the song kul horse trek through them as well. It is a bit further out from centre of Bishkek but nothing a yandex can fix
