When I booked this hostel it was rated 8/10. I booked this as it was convenient to stay near the airport, but left almost immediately. Mosquitos everywhere, centipedes and bugs all over the bathroom, a big hole in the bathroom door so anyone would see you shower. Dirty linens, no locks or working doors (I didn’t even check in). Dodgy people lurking on the street. As a female I didn’t feel safe here. I was the only one there. Staff were ok though.
Ik was de enige gast in dit hostel en voelde me absoluut niet veilig. De lakens waren niet vers, de accomodatie, badkamer vuil en het was heel moeilijk te vinden. Ga hier niet naartoe en al zéker niet als vrouw alleen. Ik maakte een extreem onveilige situatie mee en het risico was te groot om dit aan te kaarten bij de "uitbater". Misschien dat het lang geleden wel oké was, maar nu absoluut niet meer. Dit zou beter offline gehaald worden, maar ik vernam via de helpdesk dat dit niet eenvoudig is...
I was the only guest in this hostel and I felt absolutely unsafe. The sheets were not clean, the accommodation, bathroom dirty and it was very hard to find. Don't go here and especially not as a woman alone. I made an extremely unsafe situation with me and the risk was too great to report it to the "exploiter". Maybe it was okay a long time ago, but now absolutely not anymore. It would be better to get offline, but I learned via the helpdesk that it's not simple.
I reserved a night here as it was close to the airport and I was flying out the next day from the airport. However, upon arrival I was notified that they had not seen the reservation. I was the only guest in the hostel. The cleanliness was terrible, there was a layer of dust on the bedding, and mosquitoes flying everywhere. After spending 15 mins here, I decided I was better off spending the night at another place.
