Nomades Hostel

Pros: central, provide drinking water, curtains on beds, lockers in rooms, relatively chill hostel, nice terrace. Cons: No hot water in showers. Only 2 showers/toilets for the whole hostel (~25 people). No powerpoints at each bed, only one in the room at a weird location. Lockers were kind of small. Due to the central location it was very noisy at night, make sure to bring earplugs. Did not provide towels (or at least staff did not advise us they did). Overall, overpriced for what they o...

Das Personal war leider nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Wir raten eher von diesem Ort ab.

Leider stimmen die Bilder der Unterkunft nicht mit der Realität überein. Die Dachterasse ist zugestellt und Dunkel, so dass man diese gar nicht nutzen kann. Ingesamt ist die Atmosphäre beklemmend und man fühlt sich nicht wirklich sicher. Das Personal war aber sehr nett.

No recomiendo para nada no tenían agua me dijo que tenía problema y lo solucionarían al día siguiente , acepte . Y en la noche no se puede dormir porque parece que durmieras en la calle un ruido fatal se escucha todo , al día siguiente estaba igual sin agua fatal la pasé no lo recomiendo

Die Ausstattung ist sehr alt, überall sind Kakerlaken und es gibt nicht mal Steckdosen am Bett. Die Zimmer sind schlecht isoliert und es ist sehr laut. Das Frühstück ist super wenig und man muss lange warten. Zudem haben die Mitarbeiter trotz Nachfrage irgendwo vergessen unseren Shuttle zu buchen und wir mussten 1,5h warten in der Nacht. Zum schlafen okay aber für alles anderer eine Katastrophe!

My room had 6 beds but only 3 lockers. And there was almost no space to move around, the beds may be spacious but the ladders to get to the upper bunk feel unsafe. And the toilets and showers are tiny and dirty

The staff were really lovely and the facilities are good. There are decent sized lockers and even face masks for each bed. The location is also great for exploring the town and getting to the docks. Unfortunately though, I didn't get any sleep. The road is very loud at night, plus there was an annoying light shining through the glass by my bed. Also, the room is super cramped. But it's a decent hostel for such a low price.

The staff were lovely and the eye masks were a nice touch but there was a very odd smell, so loud and so bright. Felt like you were sleeping on someone’s patio..

SO LOUD outside I could not sleep. Bed super uncomfortable and sheets were stained and smaller than the bed size. Staff were very nice. The rooftop bar was not in service. Not many facilities (2 toilets 2 showers). Not the best hostel but it was decent.

nice hostel located next to the main street. beds are comfy but you have a lot of noise because you can hear everything from the streets. wasn't really social. Also you have 1 shower and 2 toilets only.

Great for a short stay. We had the private room and it was surprisingly spacious, had a window that opened, and even a small balcony. The bed was kind of hard and there's no fan. Great location on the main street and not far from the boardwalk. Staff was very friendly and made the check in process easy. It is VERY loud at night and early morning though, between the traffic, construction, and street dogs.

I only stayed one night but the staff were awesome and the whole booking process was seamless. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable.

We loved our stay here!!! The owner is very kind, attentive, and gave us a private room right away when my friend became ill. We lost an earring and he was extremely responsive in helping us look for it even though we had already left the property. The breakfasts are delicious and the vibes are great.

Hostel is decent but unfortunately does not have a locker for each bed and some of our stuff was robbed. Highlighted this to staff but they didn’t seem to bothered

The accomodation was by far the cheapest in Panajachel, so I can’t complain. But there were just 2 toilets and 1 shower for all the guests which lead to long waiting times.

This hostel has a really great, central location. It’s fine for a night but it’s pretty basic. It would be great if they could install outlets and a personal light in the bunk beds.

Really great to stay in Pana, close to the parties and the dock

Très bon emplacement. Les lits sont confortables, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de prises. La cuisine est très bien équipée et le rooftop est agréable. L’espace commun intérieur n’est pas super mais il a le mérite d’exister (un petit canapé)

bien, un hostelalejado del centro, pero chill, con piscina no la usamos pero hay estaba, no ambiente de fiesta todos tranquilos, la gente q se hospeda es bastante amable y los de r4cepcion fueron tambien super amables. lo unico la distancia al parque central de t3sto me encanto!

Good priced hostel in Pana in the middle of the main street. Windows are extremely thin and it’s very loud from outside noise even with earplugs. Their house cat jumped into my bed 3!! times during the night and I am allergic to cats so that was awful. There’s only 1 shower for the whole hostel which means waiting a while. I also had no pillow case on my bed and as I only realised when I went to bed there was no one to sort one for me. Overall cheap but not great.

This was not the place for me! Location is great. Very big kitchen. Otherwise bare minimum accommodations. I did not stay long enough to give much more info. Felt dark and dingy to me. I decided to stay somewhere else. Staff was polite and very responsive by email.

It is a very basic hostel but does the job for a night. The facilities are very basic: no plug socket, light, nor shelf in your bunk and one plug socket in the whole room which people kept taking the extension lead out of to plug in their devices. The bedding desperately needs updating and there was no atmosphere. Great location though a little loud from nearby bars at the weekend

just stayed one night before leaving to Mexiko. Loved the cat that gently woke me up 5 minutes before my alarms and stayed with me until my bus picked me up. It even went outside to look for the bus! Best employer! The second cat joined in and posed as receptionist at 4am. Still not totally convinced the stuff didn't just turned into cats at night. anyways great service.

Solid stay in Pana. Staff were friendly and had good local reccs. It’s very cold and noisy at night but you are right in town so to be expected a little. Rooftop is nice but atmosphere lacking.

Solid place, good location, no social atmosphere when I was there

We felt unsettled by Angel as he lingered near the showers and did not make us feel very welcome. The shower was dark and cold. Beds relatively comfortable although loud. Floor was a bit dirty.
