Ivy Hotel Nha Trang

My room was lovely and clean, great view over the city. The rooftop pool area was great (didn’t get to use as it rained during my trip but went up to check out the view!). The staff were very judgemental when I arrived with my backpack, and seemed annoyed that I wanted to use the bathroom before I checked in. Overall, a nice mid range hotel, you get what you pay for - nothing special but definitely did the job!

I was a little apprehensive about coming here after reading some more recent reviews but I had a great experience. My room was lovely and the staff were great! It’s in a great area for shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach.

An absolute disaster. The rooms are unbearably smelly, and guests openly smoke inside. The staff couldn’t care less, and the cleaners blast loud music in the morning, waking up anyone trying to sleep. If you’re considering staying here—don’t. Just run.

Bugs everywhere !!!! Showed 3 rooms and alllll had bugs in the headboards and behind dressing tables , cabinets , staff laughed about it and still haven’t received our deposit back ! Not happy at all about this and had to wait over 1 hour just to get our money back , extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff , said they went to room and cleaned so we could go back , these were living bugs , hidden behind cabinet fixings and inside gaps in sealant!

Great place to stay, location is very central, staff very helpful, rooms clean and tidy

The trash cans in the room weren’t empty when U got the room. The former travelers trash was still inside. Also there was hair all over the floor and on the bed as well. Besides that the “gym” consist of a treadmill, which does not work, and an old bike.

Good place but nothing crazy special. I think If I didn’t get a good deal I would have been bummed to pay full price. You can tell the room they post on hostel world isn’t a full blown room that gets normally serviced but it was a good deal so not a huge problem. For $12 a night it was totally worth it. Pool is a bit unfinished but no problem.

Thanks to Hotel so much I already have a great vacation in here. The location is not busy and noise as near beach so great to stay, you can walk to market or square very close to go. The room is very nice as picture, i say "wow" when I check in . The breakfast is delicious with Vietnamese and Western food Staff is friendly and smart to help you show the way to go any famous place. I will come back and highly recommend to all of you.
