+ The best hotel in town: good location, excellent customer services with most great staff, highly comfortable room & facilities and mostly great value for the price.

+ Booked into this hotel after we arrived in Nha Trang to find Agodo hadn’t passed on our booking to the original apartment we had chosen. I have to say their error played in our favour. This great hotel just minutes from the promenade, night market and sea front is excellent. The hotel boasts an infinity pool, gym and kids club. We were on the 15th floor which only has 6 rooms and is high enough to exclude road noise. Although we don’t have a balcony, we can see the sea and islands which was fantastic to wake up to after arriving at 2030 the night before. Large rooms, tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and pillows ensure a restful stay. The showers are instantly hot, great water pressure and plenty of toiletries. International sockets and USB ports are an added bonus. Breakfasts are extensive and beautifully presented, tasty and filling. Freshly cooked omelettes are delicious. Great laundry service too. No overnight wait here. Laundry collected from our room at 0930 and back in our room washed and pressed on our return at 1800. Housekeeping are a great team, changing towels daily, restocking with bottled water and tending to all our needs. A big shout out to staff members Duyen Destiny, Ngoc Laura and Huy-Tom who greeted us in a rather stressed state on our arrival. They were calm, collected and funny, giving us a wonderful, warm welcome. Every time we saw them during our stay we were greeted with warm smiles and big waves. They also helped out with printing a couple of emails and providing recommendations of great places to eat. You guys were perfect hosts throughout our stay and made us feel special. Thank you

+ 위치가 매우 가까움. 로비의 벨보이들이 굉장히 친절했음. 항상 문을 열어주고 짐을 들어주려고 노력함. 시설은 그럭저럭. 세면대에 필터가 있어서 좋음

- 우리는 잠을 자지 않고 비행시간까지 잠깐 스테이 하기위해 예약을 했는데 만4세 아기 인원추가 비용을 요구함.. 우리가 잠을 자고 가는 것도 아니고 밤에 체크아웃을 하는데 굳이 인원 추가비용을 요구하는건 그냉 직원이 돈을 뜯어가는거라고 밖에 생각이 들지 않음. 벨보이들의 친절과 다르게 카운터에 근무하는 여자 직원들의 불친절에 기분이 너무나쁨.

+ Very friendly staff, they were so careful that prepared for us food for takeaway when we lived hotel in night and can't come to the breakfast. Room was very comfortable, with nice working zone. Spa in hotel is good fir fair price

+ 호텔에 머무는 시간이 많지는 않았지만 확실히 위치가 좋아요 접근성이 좋아서 저녁에도 위험하지 않게 걸어서 식당 카페 마사지샵 전부 다 이용 가능합니다 직원분들도 다 친절합니다 다음에 방문하면 또 숙박할거 같아요 가성비 굿

- Extrêmement bruyant Aucun des clients ne respectent le silence et aucun rappel n’est fait par le personnel Les ascenseurs extrêmement longs il faut parfois patienter entre 5 à 10min pour atteindre votre chambre Les femmes de ménages aucunement discrètes qui font du bruit des 7h du matin en déplaçant tout dans les chambres faisant tout traîner par terre Tout les jours il y a des dizaines et des dizaines d’arrivée ce qui créent énormément de bruit dans le hall et des bouchons pour atteindre les ascenseurs
