Beautiful stay at Flostel in Srinagar! I'm Stephen from American Samoa and this place made my trip to Kashmir unforgettable. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Great location and a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend Flostel to anyone visiting Srinagar.
During our backpacking trip in the holy month of Ramadan, we had a wonderful experience. The host thoughtfully arranged Sehri for us, which made our stay very comfortable and special during Ramadan.Airport transfers and sightseeing were smoothly organized with all necessary permissions. The team also arranged our transfer to Jammu, and we reached our onward destination safely.The overall trip price was very reasonable compared to other tour companies, and the service provided was excellent.
I travelled to Srinagar via Jammu and reached the hotel at midnight. Despite the late hour, the staff welcomed me warmly. As Ramadan was being observed in Srinagar, I couldn’t find any food stalls open in the city, but the hotel staff kindly arranged a meal for me at midnight, which I truly appreciated. Experience was great . Bed was comfortable with electric blanket and having hot ac in every was very amazing The food was homely and fresh. I had great Experience staying in this property. Its 100% for perfect place for those who are travelling with family friends couples

+ The owner was very helpful and welcoming. We arrived from Zanskar after a long 24-hour journey, reaching early in the morning, and the host kindly allowed us to check in without any extra charge. At the same time, two Swiss travelers also arrived from Zanskar, and they too were warmly accommodated. The property arranged wonderful sightseeing tours for us, which turned out to be a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. Everything was excellent — from the friendly driver to the delicious homemade food. I highly recommend this property. They also helped us purchase authentic Kashmiri carpets directly from a trusted seller, which was an added bonus to our trip.

+ It's only hostel in srinagar located near lal chowk city center and multiple food outlet are nearby. They arranged some multiple day hikes in Kashmir valley and we got special permission for trek. Food was home made according to our taste

The best part about this Hostel is its location. Other good things are :- 1) House Boat Experience. 2) No extra charges apart from AC charges that are extra at 400rs per day. Other house boats charge extra for to and fro movement across lake. Things that need improvement:- 1) The entry to the boat is scary. You can fall. 2) No food on house boat. 3) Filtered water not present. Either buy bottle or tap water. The images on hostelworld is different from the house boat that was actually...

The place was very conveniently located and the staff were extremely helpful in organizing activities for us to do while there! It’s nearby to lots of restaurants and stores. Awesome!
I had wonderful stayed in The Flostel Srinagar. On short note they arranged my pick up and arranged wonderful trip in Kashmir valley.

Great experience of staying on house boat.
The property location is good near to lal chowk city center , rooms are spacious beds are comfy and room facing lake is nice. Also the amenities like common area and deck area is very good along with the rooftop. Food was amazing . They arranged my sight seen with other travellers and wonder gangbal lake trek . It one stop place from getting sim card to arranging activities was superb .
Booked another hostel but moved to The Flostel Srinagar because centrally located near Main city Lal chowk Amazing houseboat and stunning view. Caretaker Tariq is very calm, friendly and shows great hospitality. The river was quite and peaceful. Room exceptionally clean. Food very delicious.
