Townhouse Hotel

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Fan. Das Bad war wirklich schmutzig. Das Wasser kam überall her, aber kaum aus dem Wasserhahn. Sehr nah am Flughafen. Nächstes mal würde ich woanders hingehen.

Horrible communication checking in. Actually never checked in at all waited 20 minutes after a flight at 10pm with no instructions on how to check in, contact information was staffs Facebook name which I tried to message and call and got a message the next morning “good morning” like what did they expect us to do for the night sleep in the unlocked outdoor patio. Left and checked into a hotel, which I never do travelling only stayed in hostels for the last 2 weeks and had no choice.

ツインで予約して、700ペソのお支払いにも関わらず、1000ペソを要求してきた。700はシングルであると言って。またシャワーも使えないし、水道から水も出なかった。

We stayed here due to being near the airport. Although the room smelt of damp,the bed was clean and comfortable. We were able to use the kettle for our tea and coffee.

Staff is not friendly and the aircon doesn't work well

Om te beginnen hadden we vooraf vermeld dat we vroeger aan zouden komen wat goedgekeurd werd, vervolgens stonden we om 05:30 alsnog 20 min te wachten. Voor de rest stond er dat er AC was maar kregen we een kamer met een stapelbed die nog net niet uit elkaar viel met een temperatuur van 35 graden. Hier zat alleen een ventilator bij. De douche deed het niet, er was geen wc papier, er zat bloed op het bed en er liepen kakkerlakken over de grond. Wel goeie WiFi.

Fine for a short stop in Manila as it is cheap and close to the airport. However, I did not enjoy my stay here. The location is in a dodgy area, and the property has limited security (just a small padlock on the door). The room was unclean with many bugs, and pipes in the bathroom were leaking. Despite booking a 2-person room, it felt more like a 1person room and bed. Staff were difficult to find upon check-in and throughout our stay when trying to ask for help.

The building itself is quite old, some area need repairs i.e. ceilings. The room rates is affordable for its location which is close to malls and airports. Unfortunately no private bath rooms on its Aircon rooms. Staff are accommodating. Thanks to Ma'am Leah.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here at all. The location was dodgy, with no secure way to lock the doors. I couldve removed that lock with a toothbrush. The room itself smelled moldy and damp. Bedding had stains and the Bathroom had leaks everywhere and was quite old. The toilet did flush. The staff was friendly but nowhere to be seen after the check in. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

quite good for solo traveller

The guesthouse was full of bug rats and other rodents, the room was not clean and it seems that no one lived there for a while, i didn't complete one hour inside it and took my luggage and ran away. Not recommended at all.
