Terraza Puerto Hostel

Buen alojamiento, cerca del aeropuerto y la estación de camiones. Es fácil llegar y muy silencioso en la noche para descansar

Es un excelente lugar, muy céntrico, la señora Catalina muy amable con nosotros. Puedes ocupar la cocina sin problemas y es un lugar muy amplio y cómodo. Sin duda regresaríamos ahí, lugar muy recomendable!

I spent three nights at the Terraza Puerto hostel and wished it could have been more. I had a great time in Puerto but also really enjoyed the life at the hostel. Catalina made sure everyone felt welcome and truly pours her heart into the hostel. muchias gracias para todo! everyone made me feel welcome and I truly enjoyed the atmosphere. the view on the terraza is spectacular, it's very cozy there. big thank you to everyone!

I knew I was going to enjoy my stay when I arrived. Catalina waited until past 11pm for me. She was a treasure and worked hard to check up on all the guests, She even took us on a day trip to Rio Totolapan. My room was huge and clean. The bed was comfy and the A/C and a ceiling fan kept it comfortable. Expect to get around by taxi to go to places like Zicatela which is a do-able 30 minute walk but a sweaty one even in the morning. At night you really should return by taxi. Loved this place.

In my life I’ve visited quite a few hostels, but I’ve never had an experience like that. The location, cleanliness, kitchen and rooms are all super, but what it makes a real gem is the hostess Catalina. She makes you feel like you’re home. She is truly a blessing to this world and really made my stay so much nicer! Thousand thanks for everything mi cielo!

Por el precio yo creo está bastante bien, las camas bastante cómodas y los cuartos espaciosos solo no funcionaba el agua caliente y en las mañanas en febrero si se necesita.

Hostal tranquilo. Habitaciones limpias y con AC. Una muy buena Terraza. Pero lo mejor, Catalina, nos ayudo con todo, era atenta y muy acogedora. Muchas gracias.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía aquí. Catalina es una excelente anfitriona, llegamos ya tarde por la noche y aún así nos recibió con una cena. Un trato muy cálido y amable. Las habitaciones están muy bien y el lugar está muy bien ubicado. Gran precio para la ubicación. Sin duda volvería.

Loved our stay! Rooms were clean and comfy, kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, but most importantly the hosts were amazing, friendly and dealt with every need.

Had a great stay here! The hostel had a beautiful rooftop and our private room was clean/comfortable. The workers went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Would recommend staying here is you want a chill vibe and don’t mind a bit of a walk or taxi to the beaches

Bon établissement, avec une belle terrasse, dans un coin calme de la ville. Mais donc loin des plages.

I really liked this hostel and surprisingly there were not many other backpackers there so I got to have the whole dorm for myself, which I really enjoyed! Also A/C in the dorm. The place is big and clean and the roof top terrace is beautiful as you can see the ocean and the sunset from there. You also have the kitchen on the terrace and I cooked there several times and chilled in the hammocks and the big sofa. The hostel is owned by a Mexican older sweet couple. Food market 1 block away.

The property itself was nice however the lady who works there tried to scam us more than once! I asked for blankets as the AC was too cold and she said it’s 20 pesos per blanket which I’ve never heard of before. when we checked out she wasn’t there and we didn’t know where to put our bags so we kept them in the room (but made sure the bed was empty to be cleaned etc) then she tried to charge us for an extra night!!!!

The terraza has a great view. This hostel is located in the city not that close to the beaches. Overall I had a great stay here.

great terrace to work, chill and meet people, also great cooking experience with the view, a real local experience in the downtown with a few nice places around, like other hostels, mercado local, great tacos and de bays to swim are close.

Awesome place, great location. Nice views of the ocean from the terrace that make it an ideal spot to chill out and take it slow. Clean facilities and good vibes!

Location in town rather than at the beach where more social scene. They do have a sister hostel you can join the events. Great rooftop, basic free breakfast but still good. Staff were very lovely and helpful at all times

We had an amazing time here. Super chill, amazing communal areas with beautiful sunset views. Clean rooms, good location - maybe 15/20 mins to most beaches. Close to the market and across the road from laundrette. The staff made our trip, thousands of helpful recommendations, loads of kindness and good vibes. It’s a hidden gem.
