Pavia Ostello

Honestly not a super clean or nice hostel, when I arrived at 7 there wasn't anyone at the front desk and I never actually met any of the staff. the people in my room smoked like crazy in the balcony and left the door open so the room smelled of cigarettes the whole time

Ho soggiornato in quest' ostello in data 02/06/ - 03/06/2025, il locale è abbandonato a se stesso, scarsa pulizia, la doccia tutta spaccata con il doccino arrugginito e rotto, lavandino era spaccato e cadeva acqua a terra, l'armadio era rotto e non fissato al muro rendendolo pericoloso. Al momento del check out, non accetavano carta e non avevano il resto, così in promessa di un bonifico da 50€ gli ho lasciato i soldi. Il bonifico non è mai arrivato.

I did not like this hostel. The room was very cold, and i couldn’t sleep. It was also dirty and unclean. I had booked for two nights but left after just one because I couldn’t stay any longer.

Short conclusion: - The rooms where to small (6 People: 12 Squere Meters) - Didn't see any personal during my stay (5 nights) - Bathroom very dirty - Mold everywhere - The beds where very unstable - The TV didn't work - The smell in the room was unacceptable during the whole stay - 40 Euros for one night under these Conditions are absolutely catastrophic

The bathroom was extremely dirty and without any hygienic paper or shampoo for hands and body. It was so cold and probably they don’t use the heater the rooms (even if you are there in the winter) I’ve arrived there and was just waiting forward for any second to leave the place one day after.

No value for money. There is usually No person at the reception. The staff is friendly but take no responsibility at all, for the situations. It's Cold and unsafe. In the shared room, there is 6 beds and 4 closets, but without lock!, so there is not point in having closets! No laundry. The heating systems is not effective at all. If you faced a problem with a person in pavia ostello, don't expect anything from the staff, just call the police!

Situato a un paio di Km dalla stazione ferroviaria, presente fermata autobus nelle vicinanze. Vicino ci sono locali (pizzeria, rosticceria, birreria, etc.), ma non c’è nessun supermercato o negozio di quartiere. Le stanze hanno letti a castello, comodi e con prese di corrente, condizionatore d’aria, TV e Wi-Fi. Nota dolente è il bagno: non era pulito, il sifone della doccia era arrugginito e non c’erano chiave o saliscendi per avere privacy. Le lenzuola e l’asciugamano in dotazione era...

Expensive for what it offers, but still it is the only hostel in Pavia, it is the only available option
