La Gai Homestay

Die Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit einer grünen Umgebung und Gärten. Der Besitzer hat uns einfache Fahrräder geliehen (kostenfrei). Mit denen konnten wir durch die Reisfelder zum Strand radel (ca. 3 km) und ins Zentrum (ebenfalls ca. 3 km). In der fussläufigen Umgebung gibt es schöne Kaffees, Restaurants und Seen.

We had an amazing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and cafés with local prices. The room and bathroom were lovely and very clean, and we could freely use their filtered water. They provided towels and flip-flops and even taught me how to ride a scooter. We could borrow bikes for free, rent a scooter from them, and they kindly drove us to the bus stop so we didn’t have to carry our backpacks❤️

This is a lovely, quiet and peaceful Homestay, ideal if you are working remotely for a few days, or just want some peace and quiet. The owners were so friendly and offered free bikes and unlimited filtered water. There isn’t loads going on around, but you can walk to old town in about 25 minutes and grab bikes are cheap. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a few days of quiet. Wi-Fi & aircon worked great :)

Friendly and kind staff. Water is always refillable. The bathroom sink was a bit dirty but otherwise it was very clean and comfortable beds.
