L'essentiel pour passer 1 nuit ou 2, bémol : les chambres sont avec des fenêtres qui donnent dans le couloir (pas de lumière ou de quoi aérer)

Cheap place to stay but there were bugs/spiders around the room. Not a good place if you are looking for a hostel vibe - common area, etc.

D’après eux nous avions booker qu’une seule nuit et lorsque nous sommes partis faire les courses ils ont vidés nos affaires, et les ont mis dans un gros sac poubelle à l’entré de l’hostel, nous avons donc rebooker une chambre car la notre avait déjà été donner à quelqu’un d’autre, nous avons payer 2 fois le prix initial pour une chambre beaucoup moins bien et sans eau chaude ! C’est déplorable

Just DON'T do it. When I arrived I was told that they didn’t have a reservation for me. Antigua is pretty busy on the weekends so it took quite a while of walking around to find a place to stay- we had to cut our trip short. Then they charged me the full about for my reservation and emailed me saying that I was a no-show. Then they attempted to charge me over $1,000USD twice, but had the incorrect expiration date on my card. I had to cancel my card.

Don’t book through hostel world. It doesn’t work the app and then you have to spend the day looking for a place to stay

The lodging was good economy style private lodging, with extremely beautiful shared spaces with lots of plants and flowers. The unfortunate thing, was that upon our arrival, they didn’t have our booking in their system. They said that the bookings made on the website platform are not shared with them. Fortunately they had a room available for the time we needed, so we lost our deposit.

La peor experiencia de mi vida como viajero. Llegué al lugar y me indicaron que la reservación nunca había sido hecha. Y no me buscaron ninguna solución, solo culparon a el wesbite del daño. Una vergüenza la verdad. Cero recomendado, cero orientados a soluciones, se lavaron las manos.

Es la peor experiencia que he tenido, realice una reserva por esta página recibí mi número de confirmación de reserva me hicieron el cobro respectivo por la reserva, sin embargo el día que llegue al hotel, refieren que no tenían nigun registro. Lo peor es que ese día había una festividad en la ciudad y no encontramos ningún otro hotel disponible, Viajo frecuentemente y siempre utilizo plataformas virtuales, es primera vez que tuve una experiencia experiencia como esta, la peor, no lo re...

Arrived in the evening and they couldn’t find our booking which we had paid a drop is it for and booked weeks in advance. Spent the evening trying to find another place to stay at crazy prices. If you don’t acknowledge the website bookings then don’t accept the bookings!

Make sure that they have received your booking before arrival. We arrived quite late, and despite having sent two e-mails and having our shuttle service call them, they didn't seem to have our booking. They had filled up all the rooms and didn't have anything left for us. We asked if they at least could help us find something else, but were told that it was too late and "sorry". We ended up having to walk around at night knocking on doors to find somewhere to sleep.

Do not stay here ! We mad a reservation thew hostal world showed up at the hostal and we were told there was no room for us and we were just out of luck. "Sorry"
