Neizan Hotel

Did not honour booking via hostelworld. Said they were full and had no record of our reservation. Do not book via hostelworld as they don't seem to be using the system properly. This listing should be removed.

Don't stay here! We booked in advance, turned up and were told that there was a problem with their booking system and we didn't have a room. We were then left to try and find another hotel late on a Saturday night and had to pay more than double. I don't believe for one minute there was a problem with their booking system and think they just sold our room for a higher price. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE ALL ROUND.

Do not expect much sleep here. you can hear the staff loudly on their phone from your rooms, I had to ask them to be quiet multiple times. Also you are then woken up every morning at 6:45 when the Acatenango hikers arrive in the reception. I’ve never given a negative review before but wish I had been warned.

All in all super Ort für die Zeit in Antigua.

We stayed for one night. The lobby and cafe and staff are very nice. The actual stay was a different story. The shower would randomly shut off after a few minutes, cold water only, couldn’t cool the room down, the WiFi wouldn’t work.

Nettes Hotel + die Lage ist Top ◡̈ das Personal freundlich. Das Bett/Zimmer ist Okey.. - die Duschen sind sehr schwach, 2x musste ich 5min warten bis das Wasser lief, der Wasserdruck ist extrem schwach.. es hat keine Fenster in den Zimmern.. nur so jalosienen auf den gan… Ich war 7 Nächte da für diese Zeit war es okey.. für Kürzere Zeit denke ich ist es angenehmer und GUT..

Lugar é bem decorado, tudo muito limpo e o café é gostoso. Os funcionários são ótimos e a localização também, ficando muito próximo de bons restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Única coisa que falta é ganchos no banheiro para poder colocar as coisas/roupas. Fora isso tudo certo, adorei!
