Viajero Santa Marta Hostel

Had a great stay at Viajero, I originally planned to stay for one night. But I ended up staying for three. Carolina and all of the staff were very welcoming and very fun!

Clean and comfortable in a decent location. Alejandro was friendly and helpful with my questions!

everything in this hostel was super nice, the welcoming with Alejandro that was super helpful with everything, the breakfast is with local products and the hostel is super clean and super new, i highly recommend it.

Great location in Santa Marta, the roof top and the pool are quite enjoyable with the hot weather. Staff are great and welcoming. Would come back anytime!

Carolina war super nett und war bei allem sehr hilfsbereit. wirklich eine tolle mitarbeiterin. die anlage war super und die zimmer sehr sauber. das essen war fein und die aktivitäten waren ebenfalls sehr interessant.

The staff were so helpful and kind, Carolina was especially helpful when booking and asking good places to visit and eat! Highly recommend.

It’s was a nice hostel here in Santa Marta. The guy Alejandro is really nice!! The hostel is clean and kinda quiet, at least at midnight they turn off the music and you can sleep :) The only negative point is they don’t have any water refill stations, especially with this heat in Santa Marta you need to drink a lot.

I had a great stay here and would recommend! The staff are all great and very helpful. Alejandro especially was wonderful - he was welcoming, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay.

Super amplio y lindo el hostel. Limpio, con aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. El staff es súper amable y atentos. Carolina fue súper linda desde el primer momento me ayudó e indicó todo.

Sehr freundliches Personal, man hat sich bemüht Abends Zusammenarbeit Aktivitäten zu gestalten. Carolina von der Rezeption hat mir ebenfalls bei allen Angelegenheiten geholfen! Pool mit Rooftop ist super, nur die Lage ist nicht direkt in Geschehen, was aber nicht all zu stört.

Really nice big hostel, and the rooms and lockers have keycards so it feels very secure. The dorms are big and the beds are really comfortable. The restaurant food is also really nice and reasonable. The staff are also friendly and helpful, particularly Alejandro!

The hostel is great and offers excellent services. Amazing atmosphere and stunning rooftop bar with pool. The staff of the Viajero is soo lovely! Carolina was the best, kindest and most guest-oriented receptionist in the world 😍 also enjoyed the group activities with the funny and outgoing Mariana 🥰

This is my first Viajero - I loved the environment & Alejandro always went above and beyond at the front desk to help me! He’s very useful for the receptionist team, and speaks amazing english which is very helpful for the check in process.

I had a great stay, Carolina at the reception was also very nice and helpful.
