+ Totally Nothing

- Everything was bad. Bad working Airco. Towell with hole in it. No breakfast, No English speaking employee, No room cleaning. Things were broken in room Door closes real bad. Bad services in general To expensive for what you get

+ El personal muy atento, Pamella siempre atenta a todo y muy servicial. La ubicación bastante céntrica, Las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias.

- Onze eerste kamer was een drama , tweede kamer ook te klein, dit hotel zeker niet voor een romantisch verblijf

+ Un espacio súper amplio, bien ubicado en Oranjestad, cerca de diferentes comercios y restaurantes; también de la costanera y de la terminal, lo que fue ideal porque utilizamos mucho el colectivo. Celebramos que tuviera pava eléctrica para el mate :) El agua de la ducha era genial, súper calentita y el servicio de limpieza excelente!

+ People were very friendly, only problem is front desk girl speaks almost no English

- No lamps, nowhere to put or hang clothes, no water/coffee or anything available unless you ask front desk lady, basically no investment in property

- My original room smelled horribly. I did get a different room thrbemzt day buy everything that was in original room still smelled.also I was overcharged. I asked avout this and they said it was a 4% card surcharge. This was still off from what it should have been. Also they came knocking and waking me up at 10:30 at night saying I need to pay. I couldn't see who was on other side of the door and it was someone trying to speak Spanish and a translator on a phone. Also after taking a shower thr curtain rod fell apart.

+ The staff was very nice and helpful, when they were around. Actually I rarely seen anyone, the reception was empty most of the time, but they always arrived in a couple of minutes after calling them on WhatSapp. The room was clean. The location is very close to the main shopping street of Oranjestad. Is is behind that street. The AC worked well.

- The location/nearby sreets are not looking very friendly despite being at a strategically good point. The reception area was closed and empty most of the time. With a code you could enter the building, however, everything felt very abandoned / in early days. The nearby streets left a mixed impression in terms of safety. Usage of very cheap materials in bathroom - you are afraid to touch anything because what if it breaks. Maybe it's early days still, but at the moment, this is a bit expensive for what it is.

+ Lugar cerca a la avenida principal, el hotel es nuevo, la atención es muy buena, nos ayudan en todo. Es un poco dificil de llegar.

- No tenia desayuno, está en un estacionamiento, el lugar suele lucir peligroso en la noche, pero nos dijeron que era normal y que indigentes cercanos no era peligroso.

+ Relatively inexpensive for a one night stay in Aruba. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. Wi-Fi was operable as was the TV.

- Rooms were very small. All rooms appeared to be on the Second floor with no elevator. No refrigerator in the room. The bathroom light switch also turned on the bathroom fan which was very loud and because the room is small would disturb anyone else sleeping in the bedroom.

+ Localização excelente. Perto de comércio, atrações, rodoviária. Local totalmente silencioso à noite. Sono tranquilo. As instalações estão sendo renovadas. Banheiro reformado, com chuveiro ótimo, com pressão e água quente. Ar condicionado e smart Tv fazem a diferença. Cassandra e Raul são excelentes e prestativos o tempo todo.

- Não tem armário para guardar as roupas nem cofre. Apartamento 205 seria apertado para casal (fui só).
