Unser Aufenthalt im Macabi Hostel war einfach toll! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und man bekommt jeden morgen gutes Frühstück. Es ist der perfekte Ort zum Relaxen. Die nähe zu den verschiedenen Stränden, Restaurants und dem Supermarkt ist auch gut. area felt a bit sketchy but the hostel felt safe. the sheets were a bit dusty. The staff was amazing,very friendly and welcoming.

Das Hostel an sich ist okey. Camillo ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist okay aber es ist unglaublich laut. Die Nachbarschaft hört extrem laut Musik und man hat keine Sekunde etwas Ruhe. Die Küche war voll mit dreckigem Geschirr und in einem Küchenschrank war eine tote Maus. Ich würde nicht wiederkommen.

I totally loved it here! The owner is the sweetest, helpful with everything, just a very nice person. The hostel is decorated with handmade things and so much love. The atmosphere was family-like, we got different and delicious breakfast everyday with fresh juice and coffee all day. The dorm was spacious, with a terrace and a beautiful view and I could choose my own bed. A very special hostel, I would definitely come back 😊

Our stay was extraordinary. This is not simply a hostel, Dori invites you to her home with all her heart. The facilities are clean, the kitchen has more than you need. The host is super kind and invites you to join her activities and meet her friends. We felt extremely comfortable. Cheap laundry usage, free storage of our luggage for a couple of days, great breakfast and fresh juice. Perfect stay.

Wonderful place run by wonderful people. Feels more like a home than a hostel. Dora and all the staff couldn’t be more welcoming, encouraging and compassionate. Great breakfast and the sweetest animal companions. I can’t recommend highly enough ✨

Absolutely loved my stay! Don’t expect a fancy place, but it’s spotless, clean rooms, fresh linens, and a well-kept common area. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. It was one of the most authentic local experiences I had in Colombia. The breakfast is delicious and comes with fresh juice. The area might seem sketchy at first, especially at night, but it’s actually very safe and well located.

I loved that place so much, I had to come back at the end of my trip!

If you’re looking for a chill, relax and clean hostel, visit this place. Dora is an amazing human, she will treat you like familie. The town is very fun and local. The food is really good everywhere. We met Dora her friends and they also made us feel like their family. It’s a perfect place for a weekend getaway, or a long term stay because we didn’t want to leave. When you’re travelling for long it’s nice to find a place like this that feels like home. Dora y Cami, gracias ❤️

Dora is the sweetest person in the whole world. She made me feel like I was part of the family. I met some lovely travelers there as well. I spent Christmas there and she included the guests in Christmas dinner and activities with her family. It honestly felt more like I was staying at someone’s house then at a hostel.

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hostel, j'ai été très bien accueilli par le personnel, très sympathique et arrangeant. Endroit très calme, proche du front de mer de Taganga accessible à pied. Je recommande !

A really lovely hostel with a wonderful owner. Dora made us feel at home and even looked after us when we were ill. We came here to chill after the lost city hike and it was absolutely perfect for that. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay

Just like everyone else we loved staying with Dora! She made us feel at home immediately and was super relaxed when we asked to store our luggage. The AC in the room was great and helped us survive. From the hostel you can easily hike to various beaches and we were allowed to borrow her snorkeling gear. Definitely worth going! :)

I wish i could leave a higher rating. I have never had a hostel experience as amazing as this one. The location was fantastic, the views and security amazing, the rooms clean and nice, but Dora is what made this hostel perfect. She was the sweetest most amazing woman. We had to leave at 4am for a travel day and she woke up earlier than us to ensure we had breakfast. When i couldn’t get an uber, she gave me money for a taxi, and more. we absolutely loved her and the hostel and plan on coming ba...

Dora was an amazing host - she took us snorkelling and we did morning yoga and meditation together. Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️
