- La ducha salía muy poca agua y nunca calentó.

+ Todo, la ubicación, la limpieza, el personal un 10 a todos en especial a Dainer una amabilidad y servicio increíble, sin desmeritar al resto del personal. El desayuno increíblemente bueno.

- Tuvimos un inconveniente de falta de agua, pero nos solucionaron inmediatamente lo que necesitábamos.

+ Ya hemos estado y lo conocimos, han reformado y se nota PARA BIEN.

+ Un hermoso hotel boutique, una pequeña piscina que es un oasis, la terraza es fantástica, la vista preciosa, para disfrutar del atardecer. El personal maravilloso, Dainer y Jhon súper amables, siempre con una sonrisa respondiendo tus inquietudes. La habitación hermosa, romántica, con bello balcón, techos altos, finamente decorado. El desayuno buffet espectacular, variado; es seguro que volveremos, muchas gracias!!

+ We had a wonderful stay at Estancia de La Mantilla! The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of Cartagena, making it easy to explore the city. Jhon truly made our experience special - he was incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming. It was a pleasure talking with him each day and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thanks to Jhon and the entire team! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

+ Nice hotel in the old town with an excellent breakfast for fruits, breads, juice, coffee, and eggs cooked to order. Close to all the action in the walled city yet on a quieter street so you can get a good night;s sleep.

- Las toallas, rotas. Se ven viejas. Los espacios son bastante reducidos. Es un hotel exclusivamente para ir a dormir

+ E um hotel em ótima localização para casais jovens, não tem cama de solteiro e não tem elevador Os funcionários são amáveis e tem um ótimo café da manhã

+ Excelente localização. Ótimo atendimento da equipe !! Destaque para o Nestor .

- Não possui elevador, embora tenha apartamentos até o terceiro piso !!

+ My friends and I loved staying here! The staff was lovely, especially Nestor and Jhon—from helping us with our bags, to making restaurant recommendations, to bringing a key up to my room when I forgot it—they were just lovely! The location is also perfect. It’s slightly off the beaten path, So it was super quiet, but still really close to everything. There’s only 14 rooms and we felt very safe staying here. The rooms were also incredibly clean and the housekeeping staff did a lovely job every day keeping them that way.

- I loved it. I’ve traveled the world and this was one of my favorite stays.
