Lugar agradable, autónomo y confortable. Ambiente tranquilo y relajado. El personal muy amable, a pesar de hacer auto check in, estuvieron muy atentos y dispuestos a hacerme sentir cómodo. La ubicación es en el barrio Italiano, el cual tiene varios restaurantes de cocina Italiana, con una estación del Trolley muy cercana, te permite ir en transporte público a cualquier lugar. (desde y al aeropuerto). Definitivamente volveré a quedarme ahí.

Excelente ubicación, sin embargo, falta mayor privacidad para los pods, así como seguridad para las gavetas y guardar cosas personales. Así como más baños para la cantidad de personas, ya que para 14 huéspedes solo hay 2 váter y una regadera. Para bañarse hay que hacer fila y esperar tu turno

I booked a stay here early in the evening. When I arrived to check in no one was at the door and I didn’t receive my code to enter the building until the following day which forced me to have to find a hotel at the last minute

Not female traveler friendly. The location is great but I left after one night since I didn’t feel safe/comfortable here. I’m no stranger to hostels but this was one unlike any I’ve been to before for a couple reasons: -no privacy in the beds, curtains draping not allowed. In a mixed gender dorm it’s not super comfortable to be able to see directly into the bunk of the person across from you - I didn’t realize until I reviewed them after the fact that there are no policies preventing...

The staff was very pleasant, bed was comfy, all travelers were respectful of quiet time. Felt safe (solo woman traveler). For the price it was above what I expected. Only nitpick was the bathroom by the dorm, could t tell if it was a leaky toilet or pee on the floor in front of it. That wouldn't stop me from booking again.

Enjoyed my stay and had a blast. Nice and cozy spot no complaints

I didn't have particularly high expectations given how affordable it was. But there were a few things that I think could easily be improved to make guests' experiences better. Self check in instructions were outdated/wrong/confusing. Both bathrooms' soap dispensers were empty. There was no shelving/nowhere to put your things/clean clothes on while you showered. Positives: great location and people were very respectful of quiet hours. But due to cleanliness and facilities, would not stay again

Liked idea structure but couldn't sleep being underground. Smelt dog piss every day outside entry. Had to wait until five pm to go to pod. Smoke up street. Location excellent. Glorified version of hostel. Won't visit there again. Bitter disappointment.

Exceptional accommodations. Highly impressed. Would recommend to all travelers

Terrible, got accused of stealing. No type of lighting in bedroom, fell down stairs in middle of night trying to make it to the bathroom

Das Hostel ist eher was für jene welche langfristig bleiben möchten. Die Leute wohnen dort temporär und schauen fern etc.. Die Lage in Little Italy ist jedoch top und relativ nahe zum Bahnhof Santa Fe.

The location is great and the staff too. But I wish things were cleaner and a little bit more taken care of

Quite disappointed with the staff member truth be told. At night there was a flat battery alarm from a smoke detector that beeped non stop every 30 seconds. I went looking for it and found it to be coming from under her desk at the counter. I asked multiple times if she could go into the basket full of tools and such and take the battery out and she just sat there not giving a toss. Anyway once she left for the night I got into the basket and removed it. Very unprofessional.
